Chapter 6
Not long after returning to the campus, I met Estelle's boyfriend.
Kellan Wong stood with his left hand in his pocket, holding a cigarette in his right hand. Leaning against the wall, he looked at me with a sidelong glance.
As I passed by him, he spoke up.
"I heard that you got into a fight with my girlfriend because of me?"
He furrowed his eyebrows and smiled with a hint of contempt and confidence.
I denied it, trying my best to present the truth to him.
"It's not for you."
Kellan chuckled lightly and slowly exhaled a puff of smoke.
"You beat her like that. How come you're still shy?"
...
I was not articulate, yet he was so confident. No matter what I said, he would think that I was interested in him. I remained silent, quickened my pace, and prepared to leave.
But Kellan grabbed my arm.
"You are getting embarrassed easily."
He stubbed out the cigarette and softened his tone.
"Go apologize to Estelle, and this matter will be over."
Only then did I know that Kellan deliberately waited for me here to stand up for Estelle.
I explained to him.
"If you want to settle this account, it is Estelle who owes me an apology. I have endured too much because of her in these four years."
Hearing my words, Kellan suddenly fell into contemplation. He looked up and muttered to himself, "Four whole years."
I didn't know what he thought of, but there was a hint of ache and pity in his eyes when he looked at me.
Kellan suddenly said to me, "Why have you never told me about these things?"
"Huh?"
Kellan sighed lightly and said, "I don't know anything."
I didn't have time to think carefully about what he wanted to say. Then I happened to see Estelle passing by.
Estelle saw us too. She stared at Kellan holding my arm.
I moved my arm and tried to shake Kellan's hand off, but to my surprise, Kellan grabbed my wrist again.
I got angry and slapped Kellan.
Kellan was confused by my attack. He quickly came to his senses and tried to launch a counterattack.
Of course, I wouldn't let him succeed. I grabbed his arm and threw him over my shoulder, slamming him to the ground.
Everything happened so quickly.
After lying on the ground for a few seconds, Kellan touched his forehead and smiled bitterly.
"This is the first time I've been knocked down by a woman. You are both cool and gentle during a fight."
"What should I do? I'm starting to have feelings for you."
Not far away, Estelle looked at me with malice, as if she wanted to tear me apart.
I remained silent.
Then, I squatted down and punched Kellan's face mercilessly.
I said fiercely, "Stop disgusting me."
Chapter 7
Estelle rushed into the dormitory and pointed at me, cursing, "You're just a bitch!"
"Aren't you shameless? You are always seducing my boyfriend."
Estelle, who hadn't vented her anger, picked up a pen holder on the table and threw it at me.
Without blinking, I reached out and caught the flying pen holder. Then the pens inside fell all over the floor.
Seeing that I was unharmed, Estelle knew that she couldn't do anything to me. After all, I had superior martial arts skills. She cried sadly by the table.
I said to her, "I didn't do anything. It's Kellan who is not honest."
Estelle raised her head from her arms, with tears in the corners of her eyes.
"Siena Reid, wait and see. I will kick you out of this school."
Chapter 8
Suddenly, everyone started to distance themselves from me tacitly.
During class, wherever I sat, my classmates would get up and find another seat.
After class, when I walked on the school road, everyone would keep their distance from me, intentionally or unintentionally.
Several girls gathered, chatting downstairs in the dormitory. Seeing me approaching, they suddenly shut up and exchanged glances, looking at me occasionally.
I was distressed.
I didn't know what had happened.
During the break between two consecutive professional classes, I went to the bathroom.
While washing my hands in front of the sink, I heard two girls discussing inside a cubicle.
"We should tell the counselor about this. If she has AIDS, it will be risky for everyone."
"Did she get AIDS from serving clients? That's too scary."
"I don't know. Per Estelle, she wants to move out of the dormitory."
"Don't mention Estelle. I want to graduate early. It's so unlucky to be in the same class as her."
I waited for the two of them to come out of the cubicle and walked up to them.
I asked, "Who has AIDS?"
They were all stunned at the sight of me.
I wanted to get closer to them and have a talk, but they stepped back.
One of the girls trembled and said, "Stay away from us."
It was as if I had a virus on me.
I instantly knew everything.
After class, I rushed into the dormitory and pulled Estelle, who was lying on the bed and browsing her cell phone.
Estelle, with disheveled hair, was pulled down. She cursed, "Siena, are you going nuts again?"
I gritted my teeth and said, "I should have torn your mouth into pieces at that time!"
Estelle knew it when she saw me like this. She tried to defend herself with no evidence.
"I am not the one spreading the rumor that you have AIDS."
I grabbed her hair and said, "I have AIDS? If I had AIDS, you would be the first one to get infected."
The classmates watching the show gathered outside our dormitory, but no one dared to approach.
After all, if I infected one with AIDS, one's life would be ruined.
There was a pair of scissors on the table. I reached out to take it and cut my finger. Blood gushed out.
I grabbed Estelle's hand and forced her to open her fingers. I then cut her finger.
The onlookers exclaimed. Some timid ones ran away in fear.
Someone screamed, "Siena, if you intentionally infect Estelle, it will be a crime!"
I said, "I know that you won't believe me no matter how many times I explain. You'd better see it with your own eyes!"
After saying that, I dropped my blood onto Estelle's wound.
Estelle, who was struggling desperately just now, calmed down.
She stared at the wound and said, "I know you don't have AIDS."
I put down the scissors and said, "Then why are you spreading rumors?"
The onlookers sighed, saying, "So Estelle was spreading rumors for no reason."
"It's outrageous to spread such rumors. It's so disgraceful."
"It made us worried and scared these days. We all kept our distance from Siena."
"The class monitor even told the counselor about this. Siena will be summoned for an interview."
"It's indeed a sin."
The crowd suddenly fell silent.
They stopped discussing one after another.
Upon turning around, I saw the counselor standing at the door. Looking gloomy, she looked at me, who was neatly dressed, and then at Estelle, who had disheveled hair.
"Both of you. Come to my office!"
