C.Feedback processing

  1. The platform will complete the preliminary review of the complaint materials within 3 working days after receiving the copyright complaint. If the results of the review indicate that there may be suspected infringement, we will take measures such as deleting, blocking and disconnecting the relevant suspected infringing content, and transfer the notice to the user who was complained and published the infringing content.

    1. Your handwritten or electronic signature;
    2. Your email address and your mailing address and / or telephone number;
    3. Identification of materials that are removed or prohibited from access;
    4. According to the perjury penalty statement, you have sufficient reason to believe that the removal or prohibition of the material is wrong, or that the material is incorrectly identified;
  3. The platform after receiving the complaint user complaint statement, will be the first time forward the statement to the complaint user, complaint users should be transferred to the complaint user within 10 working days to reply or supplement, the expiration of the platform not received complaints user reply or supplement, as the complainant withdraw complaints, the platform can timely terminate the measures taken by the complainants.
  4.
