Chapter 4

"I am thinking that Kellan's family are all beasts, and I have to stay calm. After all, I married far away alone. My safety comes first."

"But now I can't stand it anymore. I may as well vent my anger out and so be it!"

I looked at the table full of dishes in the dining hall, including Linda's favorite pizza.

Yesterday, Linda said she wanted to eat pizza. They didn't let her, saying that it was too expensive!

Without thinking, I directly overturned the table!

The plates of food were all smashed on the ground. Standing in the mess, I pointed at them and scolded, "Linda wanted to eat pizza, but you said it was too expensive. Today, you have prepared everything. Are we expecting guests? I see you dressed like a kept man waiting for his sugar mommy! Those who don't know the inside out will think that your family is planning to sell your son to new customers!"

My words hit their sore spot. After all, the reason why Kellan dressed like this was to show off to Larissa's best friend and impress her.

As soon as I finished my words, a gentle girl knocked on the door. She asked, "Did I come at the wrong time?"

She was Larissa's best friend, Scarlett Reid.

Larissa's eyes lit up immediately. She hurried over to hold her arm and said, "No, no, Scarlett, don't mind her. She's just crazy. Let's go outside and have a talk!"

She pulled the girl and intended to leave. Even Kellan no longer looked fierce. He straightened his clothes and said, "My house is a bit messy, Mom, Larissa, let's not eat at home today. Let's take the guest to eat outside. I'll come over later."

Scarlett tidied up her hair and handed the bags in her hands to Larissa, saying, "Isn't it too troublesome?"

When she said this, she glanced at the house. She then said in a roundabout way, "Kellan is such a good man. Why did you quarrel with him? Sister, you are a bit ungrateful, aren't you?"

Chapter 5

I originally didn't plan to pay attention to this girl. The Hill family members were all despicable. I sincerely knew that I had wasted my efforts. But I wouldn't vent my anger on an unrelated girl.

But it was evident that this girl was not innocent at all.

"Since he is such a good man, do you want him or not?"

Emery immediately pointed at me and said, "Natalya, shut up. She is a guest. Are you trying to make yourself a laughingstock?"

She looked at Scarlett and smiled kindly, saying, "Oh, you could have just come. Why did you bring so many gifts?"

Scarlett smiled gently and said, "They are not valuable items but some nutritional supplements. I hear that Kellan is filial, so I'm showing my filial respect to you on his behalf."

Emery was delighted. She praised her as a good girl and turned to look at me. Then she said, "You are not like this crazy old woman."

But she forgot that they had treated me so indifferently when I had been just here with a lot of items.

"What a good girl. We haven't been divorced yet. How come you are rushing to be Kellan's mistress?"

I looked disgusted. At my words, Scarlett's face changed. Tears welled up in her eyes. Her voice became strained as she said, "I'm just here as a guest. How can you say such things about me? Kellan is such a good person. How could I dare..."

Her face turned pale. In the end, she covered her mouth and cried, saying, "Kellan, I'm leaving first. I'm sorry for causing you trouble..."

She sobbed and ran away. Her back view rendered her quite delicate.

Seeing Scarlett running away, Larissa glared at me angrily and said, "Can't you speak properly?"

She hurried over to chase after Scarlett. Kellan pointed at me and cursed, "Natalya Patton, are you going crazy today?"

I looked at them with disgust on my face, saying, "Kellan, it's you who's going crazy. You're dressing up so flamboyantly and showing off your charm, waiting for a little girl to come to your door so that you can entertain her. Who do you think you are? Do you expect me to be loyal to you at home while having an affair outside of your free will?"

At the thought that the man who had been by my side all these years was such a person, I felt disgusted. "You should have some self-awareness at least. Why don't you look in the mirror and see if you are worthy?"

Chapter 6

Over these years, I hardly argued with Kellan. He had long been accustomed to my submissiveness.

At that moment, I couldn't bear it anymore. He was so angry that he was about to come over and hit me. He said, "Natalya Patton, I see that you are rushing to die!"

Before he could come over, I turned around and grabbed a knife from the kitchen. Then I turned back and chopped it on a table leg!

"Kellan, hit me now."

Kellan was about to pounce on me, but the wood chips falling from the table leg hit him. He was scared, taking a step back.

Emery was going to coax Scarlett. As soon as she went out, she heard the commotion. Then she hurriedly turned back and pulled Kellan before running outside. Seeing me waving a knife in my hands, she screamed.

"Natalya Patton. You crazy woman!"

The door was wide open. Several old men and women were sitting in the corridor. Emery looked around and sat directly on the ground. Crying and shouting, she said, "Come and see. Natalya wants to kill us!"

She cried and slapped her thigh, saying that I was unfilial.

"We shouldn't have let this shameless woman join my family in the first place. Call the police. Call the police quickly and arrest this crazy woman!"

Kellan was a bit hesitant. Hearing Emery shout like that, he simply pointed at me from a distance and cursed, "Natalya, you shrew. I want to divorce you!"

Hearing his words, I pointed the knife at him and said, "Fine. Then let's get divorced. You must mean your words!"
