Chapter 6
I was threatened by everything in front of me and became the maid of this villa.
But I was constantly planning to escape from here.
The barbed wire on the villa's walls was electrified and monitored.
Climbing over the wall was not an option.
If I wanted to run out through the main gate, I had to pass through two checkpoints, which were not usually opened simultaneously.
So the method of rushing out when they drive home was also not feasible.
I found myself unable to escape.
Then, things got worse one after another.
Carissa took away all my personal belongings and put shackles on me.
Every night after finishing work, Yahir would lock me in the storeroom and let me out in the morning.
Although Carissa said that as long as I obeyed, she would spare my life after I gave birth to the child.
But her behavior of not hiding anything from me made it difficult for me to believe I could get out alive.
That day, she brought an old man back from outside.
I knew this old man, he was the financial director of the factory, Samir Leigh.
Samir had already been taught a lesson before he came.
He was completely limp.
Carissa threw him to the ground with one hand and stepped on his head, but he didn't struggle at all.
At this moment, Yahir dragged a girl covered in injuries out of the basement.
When Samir Leigh saw her, his lifeless eyes suddenly lit up, "Tina, Tina..."
He started struggling, but Carissa stepped on him harder, making him unable to move.
Without hesitation, Yahir threw the girl into the large fish pond in the room.
The fish in this pond were all ugly and had sharp teeth.
The calm surface suddenly churned up waves as soon as the girl entered the water.
The water in the entire fish pond gradually changed color, and the room was filled with terrifying screams.
Looking at Carissa's calm expression, I knew that she had done this kind of thing before.
"Samir, you were chosen as the scapegoat by everyone. If you don't go to the police station to take responsibility this time, your wife, your son, and your parents will all die like your daughter."
After Carissa finished speaking, she deliberately glanced at me.
I understood her warning and trembled in fear.

"I..." Samir was also frightened, "I'll go to jail, I admit everything, please spare us, spare Tina."
Unfortunately, Samir's fear came too late.
The girl didn't struggle for long before she lost her voice.
The horrifying scene of her sinking in the water was indescribable.
Samir fainted, and I was so scared that I couldn't stand steady and felt nauseous.
Yahir glanced at me and said to Carissa, "That's it; I'll drag her to the backyard and bury her."
With sharp eyes and a stern expression, Carissa said to Yahir, "Do you care about her?"
The "her" she referred to was me.
"How could it be?" Yahir quickly explained. "She is just a tool I've been using. The only reason I insisted on her staying to have a child is because I don't want to be involved with any other woman besides you"
Because of this sentence, Carissa became very excited, grabbed Yahir's ear and pulled him to her face, and kissed and cuddled with him in front of me.
She has bad breath. One can smell it even when talking up close.
But at this moment, Yahir's expression was as intoxicated.
I sat huddled on the ground, my head buried between my knees, trying to endure the sickening sight before me.
I felt really uncomfortable in my stomach and accidentally vomited all over the floor.
Carissa stripped naked but lost interest because of this, so she slapped me on the forehead, and said, "Just a vessel for raising children, and yet you still think of yourself as a person!"
I fainted and woke up locked in a storeroom.
Carissa starved me for three days.
During these three days, I could only drink one bag of nutrient solution daily.
Although I lost my freedom, I never gave up the idea of escaping.
Finally, the opportunity to escape came when I was three months pregnant.
