Unbeknownst to her, Ethan Anderson, the charismatic heir to the Anderson family empire, is also entering the company incognito to prove himself worthy of his family's legacy.
Both Emma and Ethan, reluctant to reveal their true identities, enter this professional world in disguise, secretly assessing each other without the weight of their family names. To their surprise, their paths cross in a way neither expected—sparks fly, and they fall for each other at first sight.
However, their budding romance takes a sudden and complicated turn. An unexpected twist leads someone else to impersonate Emma’s identity, causing confusion and heartache. At the same time, Emma mistakenly believes another man is her intended "fiancé," adding another layer of misunderstanding.
Determined to reclaim their autonomy, both Emma and Ethan embark on parallel missions to break off their respective "engagements" with their so-called "fiancés." As they navigate a maze of deception, misunderstandings, and growing affection, the question remains: will they uncover the truth in time to realize that the person they’ve been searching for has been standing right in front of them all along?
