Mini series have become a new favorite for drama lovers—short, binge-worthy episodes packed with drama, romance, and power struggles. One of the most talked-about titles is Money, Guns, and a Merry Christmas, a festive drama that mixes corporate intrigue with heartfelt romance. But MiniShort offers much more, with several other good mini series that keep audiences hooked from start to finish.
In this mini series, Blaine, the CEO of Atlas Defense Group, is mistaken for a modest salesman earning just $3,000 a month. He enters a contract marriage with Iris, a company boss, and joins her for Christmas dinner. There, he’s ridiculed by relatives and mocked by Iris’s suitor—but Blaine repeatedly turns the tables, revealing his true identity and strength. Along the way, he not only wins respect but also finds genuine love with Iris.
With its mix of romance, drama, and corporate intrigue, the series delivers thrilling confrontations and satisfying moments of redemption.
The reception has been mixed. Some viewers love the addictive storytelling and the “power fantasy” element, where an underestimated protagonist proves everyone wrong. As one fan put it: “The story and characters are honestly horrible, but it gives that satisfaction of seeing the main character succeed in a ‘gotcha’ moment.”
Others criticize it for being predictable and over-the-top, comparing it to feel-good dramas like Dhar Mann’s videos. But for those who enjoy good mini series with fast pacing and dramatic twists, Money, Guns, and a Merry Christmas is pure entertainment.
