Chapter 1

Chapter 1

I walk through the door of apartment Fifteen B, that I share with my fiancée Kayne Waterhouse. I met Kayne when I was sixteen. He was in some of my classes and we hit it off. A couple weeks later he asked me. We've been together since.

Opening the door to the bedroom, I hear moaning. I see Kayne is on top and inserting his small prick into a girl. I can't move from the spot I'm standing in.

The girl screams. "What the Fuck!"

I have a smirk on my face. It's not just any girl in bed with my fiancée it's my god damn little sister.

Fuck.

Kayne slowly turns to face whoever made her scream. "Get lost!"

I walk to the bed. "Let's have a threesome?"

Kayne smiles. "You want that?"

"Suuuure..."

My sister looks at me then at Kayne. "Are you really considering this? I'm not going to watch you fuck her. She's my sister."

I clear my throat. "How long have you been doing this behind my back?"

Kayne looks angry. "Don't you fucking dare, Gina."

She ignores him. "Ten years."

She's been sleeping with him since she was sixteen.

Gina continues. "I'm pregnant and we're getting married."

Tears run down my face.

She keeps going. "I want you to be my Bridesmaid. The Wedding will be held on March 29th."

I was supposed to Marry Kayne then.

I look at the engagement ring on my left hand.

Kayne and Gina look at my action.

Kayne takes my left hand. "I want the ring back."

You're not getting this ring back. If you propose to someone you mean it. Instead he gets a woman that's not me knocked up. I just can't believe it's my sister that took him from me.

I move my hand away. "Don't touch me, Kayne. You can't have this ring back. No-one else should wear it."

He shakes his head. "Mum's going to kill me for giving away her ring."

I laugh. "That's not my problem. You should of kept your dick in your pants. That way this wouldn't be one messy shit you got yourself into."

Chapter 2

My alarm goes off waking me up at nine. I swipe my finger across my iPhone 5.

This wedding is going to be a Shit Sandwich.

I open my cupboard door and find my beautifully handmade brides gown. The dress took me three years to make by hand. The dress has a shoulder strap and goes straight down. I bought the perfect white heels to go with it. Everything for my wedding to Kayne are boxed up in the spare bedroom.

I really need to get rid of everything that was for my wedding.

There's a knock on the front door.

My best friend Peyton is on the other side.

Peyton walks into the house. "Are you ready for the Shit Sandwich Wedding?"

I laugh. "Yeah, it's a dream come true." I say sarcastically. "I get to watch my ex fiancée and sister walk down the aisle on my wedding day. You know what sucks? This whole wedding was planned by me."

Peyton shakes her head. "Let's get smashed first."

"Nah, Peyton. I'm doing this sober even if it kills me."

"You're braver than me. I'd be a complete mess."

I storm into the spare bedroom and give the boxes a loathing look. "Peyton can you help me get rid of these boxes?"

She nods. "Sure, what's in them?"

"Some stuff for my wedding. I need to take them to Mum's. My bloody sister would be happy for more shit at her wedding."

Peyton and I take the boxes to my car. I stack them careful in the boot.

"What's the time Peyton?"

She looks at her wrist. "It's 11."

I'm late for hair and make-up.

My phone starts ringing. I look at the caller ID and show it to Peyton. I hit the decline button. It starts to ring again. Again I divert it. It rings again. I power down my mobile. "I have to go, Peyton. Shit's going to hit the fan when I get to my parents."

She laughs. "I'll see you at the wedding?"

I roll my eyes. "I supposed you will."

I climb into my car.

Gina storms out the front door and she yells. "Where the hell have you been?"

I shrug and step out of the car. Gina walks to the boot of the car and I pull out a box. "Take this inside you ungrateful bitch. This is more stuff for your wedding, Gina."

Gina harrumphs. She turns and takes the boxes into the house.

When I get into the house Mum is going nuts that I'm an hour and a half late. "Jesus, Mum. I'm here. I found some stuff that Gina needs for the wedding."

Gina walks into the kitchen with a necklace and a pair if matching earrings. They look superb on her. It makes me want to spew. Gina gushes. "Mum, you should check this out. It's gorgeous. Samantha's got great taste in jewellery."

Mum smiles at me and mouths. "Thank you."

I give Mum a genuine smile and not my head.

Fake it, until you make it. That's my motto for the day.

I sit at table and get my hair and make-up done. A couple minutes later, all I want to do us walk around instead of getting tortured with hair and make-up. Gina can pay for mine.

After my hair and make-up I walk into the room where my bridesmaid dress is hanging in the cupboard. I pull the dress off the coat hanger. I slip into the dress. It has some wrinkles in it. I run my hand over the wrinkles to get rid of it.

Gina opens a bottle of champagne. "Gather around, ladies. Since its tradition to have a drink before the wedding I want you all to know how thankful I am to have you all in my life and apart of my special day." She pours each of us a glass of champagne.

Madeleine looks at Gina. "Aren't you going to drink?"

Gina shakes her head. "I can't."

"Why?" She asks.

Another girl says. "Isn't it obvious. She's pregnant."

A couple girls look at me.

I zip my lips and throw away the key. I know it's selfish to do that. It's just not my place to tell everyone exactly how cruel and heartless those two are.

Madeleine reaches into her purse and pulls out my wedding invite. "Gina how could you do this to your sister?"

Some of the girls look confused. They look to me and back to Gina waiting for one of us to explain. I'm not going to tell them anything. It's none of their damn business.

Gina opens and closes her mouth like a fish.

I remain in my seat looking at Gina waiting for her to defend herself.

Madeleine says. "Well?"

Trina asks. "What's going on?"

Madeleine gives my wedding invite to Trina. The girls all peer over Trina's shoulder. The girls gasp and turn to me.

I shrug my shoulders and pretend everything is normal.

One by one the girls start leaving the house. My sister is on the verge of tears. She wraps her hand around her stomach.

I need to stop the girls from leaving.

Mum has a scowl on her face. "What did you do?"

I shake my head. "I didn't do anything, Mum. Madeleine had the my wedding invite in her purse and she wanted answers fro Gina."

Mum shakes her head. "Did she show the girls the invite?"

I nod. "Yeah. If you don't get out of my way right now your precious Gina won't have a good wedding. Are you willing to do that to your daughter?"

Mum moves out of my way. "I'm ... "

I turn to her. "Don't you fucking apologise. Your words have meant shit to me since I found my cheating ex fiancée in bed with my fucking sister. I told you I was going to be on my best behaviour, but, you're making it worst, Mum."

Mum walks away from me.

I'm happy My Dad left early. He wouldn't want to see me butting heads with Mum. Dad is always the peacekeeper.

The girls stop when I call them.

Madeleine hugs me. "I had to do that I'm pissed on you behalf."

I smile. "Thank you, Madeleine. You didn't have to do that."

She nods. "Samantha, I had to. It's not right that everything you booked and paid for are the venues they're using."

"Mr and Mrs Waterhouse are reimbursing me on everything for the wedding and they're giving me extra money to keep quiet about all the shit there son's put me through."

"Are you taking the money?"

"I got it last week." I look at the girls. "I know you are all disgusted with my sister, but, can you please come into the house?"

Madeleine sighs. "Fine, for you, I will stay."

The other girls nod and walk into the house.

I saved the day for a Shit Sandwich Wedding.

Chapter 2

Chapter 3

The limo pulls into the curb at the St Mary's Catholic Church. The bridesmaids and I climb out of the limo. Gina follows closely. The photographer takes photos of us. We walk to the entrance of the church.

Dad is standing by the doors. He kisses me. "I love you, Samantha. Thank you for showing up."

I pull away from the old man.

The girls are noticing how shitty my family really are. My parents care about making their little princess happy. I've always been the last person they cared about.

A song plays and the bridesmaids make their way down the alter to the groom and the Groomsmen.

Oh, shit! Maddox Colt is the Best Man.

I freeze halfway down the alter when my eyes clash with the Number One Football player in Los Angeles. His sea blue eyes are boring into me. He winks at me.

On foot in front of the other Sam. Take your eyes off the hot football player.

I walks the remainder of the way to the wedding party.

"Here comes the bride,

all slutty and wide,

She's taken my man,

And made him hers,

I wish she'd fall and die."

A couple bridesmaids are laughing.

I turn to them. "Did I say that out loud?"

"Yeah, you did."

I look over at Kayne and he has a scowl on his face.

Yeah, buddy. That's the way I feel about being here watching you marry my sister.

I put a smile on face as Gina makes it to the priest in one piece.

The priest blubbers on and I tune him out. I pick at my fingers and look around at all the fools that came to the church I was supposed to get married in. I look at Jesus on the cross above our heads.

I don't want to witness their kiss.

Then I hear the dreaded words. "You may kiss the bride."

I run out of the church and throw up close to the doors.

People start slowly pouring out of the Church. Peyton and Madeleine are the first of my friends to walk out of the church.

Madeleine pulls me into a hug. "I couldn't of planned what you did any better."

Peyton laughs. "Kayne and Gina are furious. Maddox Colt looks un-fucking-believably-yummy in that tux. I want to take him home with me. But, I can't."

I look at Peyton. "Why can't you take Mr Footballer home?"

Madeleine laughs. "Are you blind? He only has eyes for you."

I shake my head. "I'm not blind. No, he doesn't."

Peyton whispers. "I saw the way you acted to him when he was staring at you when you were coming down the alter. You froze. When you freeze like that, it means that your eye-fucking him. He's not the first guy to catch your attention that way either."

I smile. "I'm going to be selfish tonight and go after what I want."

Peyton laughs. "Is that Maddox Colt?"

I nod. "Yeah, one night should do it right?"

Madeleine laughs. "You can't be satisfied by one night with that guy. You'd need more."

Maddox Colt walks out the door with his cousin and my sister right behind him.

The bridesmaids and groomsmen climb into the limousine. Gina pours a glass of champagne for us. The guys all have bottles of beer. I hold a bottle of water for my sister. The girls and I take our flutes from Gina. I give her the bottle of water.

The limo pulls over and we get photos close to the Hollywood sign.

Two hours later...

We are finally on our way to the reception. I look out the window as we drive to the winery that I booked for the reception.

Tears start to prick my eyes as we get closer to the winery. "Can you pull over." I yell.

The limo driver pulls over and I scramble out of the limo. I find a place and vomit.

What is wrong with me?

Gina steps out of the limo. "What's your fucking problem?"

I vomit again.

I shake my head. "I can't help being sick, Gina. Maybe, I'm pregnant? After all, we broke up two months ago."

"You're jealous, Samantha, admit it."

I laugh. "This wedding was planned. I was going to Marry that piece of shit. Congrats, Gina. Enjoy the prick."

Madeleine steps out of the car. "Let's walk to the reception."

Madeleine and I start walking to the winery. The limo drives past us. A couple minutes later a car is driving toward us. It comes to a stop in front of us.

Maddox pulls the window down. "Hey, beautiful. I couldn't allow to girls like you to walk to the winery alone."

I laugh. "At least your nothing like your cousin."

He shakes his head. "I'm not a prick. But, you deserved better than what those two did to you. If this is what you planned for the wedding with Kayne. I can't wait to see what you come up with when the right guy comes along."

I laugh. "There's no right guy for me."

"Get in the car. I'll show you what the right guy can do."

Madeleine open the door to the backseat.

Looks like I'm up front with the hot football player.

At the reception the food is being served. There's a spare seat at the wedding party table. I'm not going to sit with them. I've had enough being polite to so many fake people.

Maddox takes my hand. "Do you want to eat outside?"

I nod.

Maddox and I take our food outside. Madeleine and Peyton join us at the table.

"This is the rebel table." Peyton says.

I laugh. "Are you going to get in trouble by your Aunt and Uncle?"

Maddox shakes his head. "No! Aunt Lena asked me to get you. She told me that we'd make a cute couple."

"Do you always listen to your aunt?"

"No, never."

I laugh. "Good, I'm glad you did and picked us up."

He smiles. "I'm glad I did too."

It's time for the wedding dance. Maddox takes my hand and leads me inside. He pulls me against his hard chest. I burry my face against him.

He whispers. "Let's dance."

Maddox takes my hand and we move around the floor. His eyes shine in the light, he has a day old stubble on his face. I touch his face. He pulls me closer and we make-out on the dance floor in front of everyone.

My problems are washed away with this one kiss.

Maddox and I slowly pulls away from each other. "Let's get out of here."

I shake my head. "We can leave in five minutes. I want to see the fireworks.

Maddox looks confused. "Fireworks?"

I nod.

Everyone's phones start going off at once. People are opening the video. I pull out my fake phone and click on the video and it's my voice. "Hello, everyone, my name is Samantha Black. Today was supposed to be my wedding day to the prick Kayne Waterhouse. The Church, this place, the limo were all set up by me. This was supposed to be mine and Kayne's day. Instead two months ago, I came home from work and found my fiancée in bed with my sister. They told me they were fucking pregnant. My life turned to shit that day. Here's to the Shit Sandwich Wedding."

The phones shock everyone holding it. I watch as phones fall and break onto the floor.

I laugh. "Let's get the hell out of here."

Chapter 3

Maddox pulls me onto the boat. "My Best Friend told me to stay here instead of hiring out a hotel room. I hope you don't mind?"

I smile. "This place is perfect. Do you have a boat?"

He shakes his head. "No, but, seeing you on this makes me want to buy one."

I laugh. "What are we doing?"

"Whatever you want? I'd prefer to do it naked."

I push him away. "You're terrible." I laugh.

"Terribly turned on by you. That's me, Maddox Colt Los Angeles number one footballer who can't find a wife."

I roll my eyes. "You're drunk."

"I'm serious, Samantha. I'm sick of being single and playing the field. It not fulfilling for me anymore."

I shake my head. "What do you want me to do about it?"

"Marry me."

My mouth drops open. Is he serious? If we weren't drunk I would believe it.

Maddox picks me up and carries me to the bed. He drops me on the edge of the bed. He pulls the zipper of the dress down and I lift my body off the bed as Maddox pulls the dress off. The dress drops on the floor. I'm left in my black g-string and matching bra.

My cheeks start to flush.

I rip Maddox's button shirt off him and throw it across the room. He helps me takes his pants off. He steps out of them. I lie on the bed.

Maddox touches my thigh. "You look beautiful like this, cupcake."

I laugh. "You're trying to butter me up before we have sex."

I feign shock. "I wouldn't do that."

"Sure ... "

"I want you now, Maddox."

Maddox thrusts into me.

I moan. "Maddox! Harder and faster, please."

Maddox speeds his thrusting into me.

"Maddox!" I scream.

Maddox pulls out of me. He pulls me against him. "I need to get some sleep, Babe."

"Goodnight, Maddox."

"Goodnight, Sam."

I fall asleep in his arms.

In the middle of the night I'm woken to Maddox kissing my neck.

"Oh, Maddox." I moan.

I can feel his kisses trail a blaze through my body.

Shit! This man is too good at this.

"How does this feel baby?"

It feels good. I hope he doesn't stop.

Maddox thrusts into me. The bed slams into the wall.

"You're all mine, baby. I don't know why your sisters trying to ruin your life."

I freeze at that.

What does that mean? My sister trying to ruin my life?

"Relax baby." He thrusts into me again.

I can feel the tears fall as he continues his thrusts. He doesn't realise that I'm crying.

What have I done to Gina?

Maddox pulls out of me. "I need to have a shower." he walks into the bathroom and shuts the door.

I pull the blankets around me.

What am I doing here? I should go home.

I climb out of the bed and put my clothes on. My handbag is on the desk and I put it over my shoulder and leave the boat.

I can see Gina on a chair in the park and I sneak around some trees to listen to her conversation with a guy.

"Did my sister go home with Maddox?"

He nods. "Yeah, spent the night. By the sound of it she was having wild sex."

"Duck!" She yells. "I don't want my sister to have wild sex. I want her out of town and my life. I'm sick of my parents comparing the two of us. They stopped that when I put a wig on and pretended to be my sister."

That's how the Bitch got my fiancée. Is he even in love with him?

"I don't think you can break your sister she seems to rise from the ashes."

She nods. "I know. I'll have to figure out a different way to get rid of her."

"Maddox hates wearing protection. If your sisters a smart woman she'd be on the pill."

I shake my head. "No!"

I run to my car and drive home.

Why would my little sister do all this to me? I've never done anything to her. She got all the guys from our school. What did Kayne have that all the other guys didn't?

There's a knock on the front door. I open the door Maddox Colton is standing on the other side. "What are you here, Maddox?"

"You left without saying 'goodbye.' I wanted to make sure you were alright."

I wave my hand down my body. "I'm perfectly fine. You can go now."

He shakes his head. "What's happened between this morning and now?"

I sigh. "I heard my sister talking to some guy about us. She wants to ruin my life and run me out of town. You might be part of the plan to send me packing."

He pulls me into his arms. "I'm not part of whatever your sister has cooked up for you. I have to leave tonight. Will you spend the rest of the afternoon with me?"

I nod. "Sure, what do you want to do?"

Really? That's a stupid thing to of me to ask. I think I already know what he's going to say.

"I want to take you out to lunch. Then we can come back here and watch a movie or do whatever." He winks.

Maddox takes my hand and we head to his car. He opens the door for me.

I slide into the front seat. "Thanks."

He nods and slams the door.

I watch Maddox move to the other side of the car. His jeans fits perfectly around his arse. He jumps into the car and pulls onto the road.

He turns to me. "Where do you want yo have lunch?"

I shrug. "You choose."

"I've got the perfect place. It's a place I go to every time I'm in town."

"Do you take all your dates to this place?"

Maddox shakes his head. "Nah, I normally have to go to vegetarian places with the girls. A lot of them hate meat."

I roll my eyes. "You have such bad taste in girls than."

He laughs. "You're the only girl that I want to spend more time with. The others I couldn't wait to get rid of."

Maddox pulls into a burger joint. "This place makes the best burgers. I haven't found a place like this in all the towns I've visited."

He steps out of the car and opens my door for me. I step out of the car. He throws an arm around my shoulder and leads me into the Burger Joint.

We grab a table close to the door.

Maddox orders two burgers and chips without looking at the menu. "Trust me."

I nod. "I do, Maddox. You forgot to order drinks."

He laughs. "I knew you would luck up on something I'd forget." He waves a waitress over.

The waitress looks at us. "What can I get you?"

"Two diet cokes."

She leaves us.

Maddox moves his chair close to mine and he kisses me.

The waitress clears her throat. "Excuse me, I have your drinks. Also, there are children in this establishment. They don't want to see you to kissing."
