Chapter 1

In my senior year of college, while studying in Washington, I received some shocking news from my father, Zach.

He was about to marry his new fiancée, Cameron Diaz.

I congratulated Zach over the phone and, following his suggestion, bought a Ferrari—the car Cameron loved—to give her as a meeting gift.

That night, I flew back home, and Zach posted a photo of us together on social media, captioning it: [Thank you for being with me all this way, my dear!]

However, the wedding turned into a nightmare.

Cameron, who had labeled me as the "other woman," led her bridesmaids to corner me at a high-end watch store. They attacked me, disfigured my face, and left me incapacitated.

"You little tramp dare to steal my man?" Cameron spat, her voice dripping with venom. "I'm going to make sure your whole family pays for this!

"Ladies, drag her to the wedding venue. I want him to see me personally tear apart this little slut!"

On the wedding day, barely clinging to life, I watched as my father finally arrived late.

Gasping for breath, I managed to utter, "Dad, this is the 'wonderful' woman you chose!"

——

When I heard about Zach's marriage, I was in Washington, and I sent my best wishes.

Zach mentioned that Cameron was fond of a specific Ferrari model. I bought the car overnight, intending to present it to her as a gift when we met.

That evening, I flew back home, and at the airport, Zach shared a picture of us—father and daughter—on social media with the caption: [Thank you for being with me all this way, my dear.]

Soon after, Cameron called, demanding to know who the "other woman" was.

An argument erupted between them, and they parted ways in anger.

Standing by, I tried to smooth things over. "Dad, you need to treat Cameron well and make sure you don't get involved with other women."

My mother had tragically died in a car accident when I was sixteen.

Zach had weathered every storm to raise me alone, never looking for another woman until he found Cameron in my senior year.

That night, I was so overwhelmed that I couldn't sleep.

The next morning, I drove the Ferrari I had just bought for Cameron to the biggest watch store in town, intending to buy a watch as a gift for her.

Just as I was finalizing my purchase, I saw Cameron in a wedding dress, accompanied by several bridesmaids, storm into the store.

Before I could even greet her, they surrounded me.

Cameron shouted, "That's her from social media!

"Get her!"

At her command, her entourage pounced on me. A brutal slap sent me reeling.

Before I could react, Cameron grabbed my hair and slammed my head against a glass display case.

"Bitch, did you think you could hide here? I'm going to make sure you never recover!"

Cameron's laughter was icy as she looked at my bloodied and battered face.

"Beat this trash to a pulp!"

"Young and foolish, trying to steal someone's husband!"

Her bridesmaids continued to pummel me, their kicks and punches making me almost lose consciousness.

Meanwhile, the onlookers cowered in fear, whispering among themselves.

When a store employee tried to intervene, Cameron gave him a chilling glare, sending him retreating.

As I lay on the floor, Cameron squatted down, grabbing my bloodied hair and lifting my head.

"You and your entire family will pay for this. Today, I will ensure that you never see the light of day again, right in front of Zach!"

Chapter 2

I wanted to explain myself, but they beat me until I couldn't even muster the strength to speak.

Cameron's friends stood nearby, shouting slogans about tearing apart the "other woman" and proclaiming their loyalty to the "true wife."

"I'm not the other woman…"

I used every last bit of strength I had to try to explain to Cameron.

Cameron sneered, saying, "Of course, you're not the other woman. You're just an ill-mannered tramp who'll never be able to have kids properly."

Everyone around me started pointing fingers and whispering.

A few elegantly dressed women from the watch boutique joined in, fanning the flames with their taunts. "Beat this trash to a pulp. She's got hands and feet; why does she go be someone else's mistress."

Their words seemed to embolden Cameron even more.

Her bridesmaids, eager to make a scene, held me down on the ground as the spectacle of the "original wife tearing apart the mistress" unfolded, drawing a crowd of onlookers.

"Rip her dress apart. I want to see just how shameless this slut really is!"

Cameron laughed triumphantly.

Her bridesmaids began to tear at my gown with force, exposing more and more of me. I couldn't even think about my ruined dress, which had been a precious gift from Zach for my eighteenth birthday.

Hearing the fabric rip, I clutched at my chest, which only seemed to infuriate Cameron further.

"Hold her hands down!"

Cameron, wearing high heels, stomped the sharp stiletto heel onto my palm, the excruciating pain making me almost scream my lungs out.

In my despair, the sight of Cameron and her entourage beating me only seemed to energize the crowd.

Several men outside pulled out their phones, recording every moment, while no one intervened to stop the cruelty.

My gown was shredded beyond recognition, and I lay on the ground, disheveled and exposed.

I let out a desperate scream, trying to cover myself, but Cameron only became more excited.

She pressed her heel into my palm, twisting it savagely.

"Thank you for being with me all this way, my darling?

"Disgusting whore, do you have any shame?

"You're already shameless, so why bother hiding? Let everyone see the body you used to lure someone else's husband."

The crowd cheered.

Desperate, I looked at the crowd and weakly pleaded, "Please, someone call the police…"

A sympathetic onlooker took out their phone to call for help, but Cameron's quick-witted bridesmaids snatched it away and smashed it on the ground.

They glared at the young girl, sneering. "Feeling sorry for her? Are you one of her kind too, going around being someone's mistress?"

The girl, pale with anger, picked up her broken phone silently, too intimidated to speak.

Most people watched with glee.

"Let the mistress get what she deserves!"

"Good job beating her up! Ruin her! Still got the nerve to spend money on this fancy watch boutique? It's clear she's been toyed with by Mr. Brown."

Everyone seemed to revel in the chaos.

"Tear her dress to shreds. Since she's got no shame, let everyone see what her body's really like, used and abused."

Cameron looked like a victor, her eyes glowing red with the encouragement from the crowd, resembling a devil in her triumph.

In the midst of their violent tearing, Cameron's bridesmaids ripped my precious gown to shreds. I curled up, trembling uncontrollably, my body wracked with painful, despairing cries.

"This slut is never going to lure another man!

"Girls, bring me a knife!" Cameron demanded, her voice cold and triumphant.

Chapter 3

The bridesmaids handed Cameron a knife.

Seeing their madness, I mustered my remaining strength to try and escape from the watch store, hoping someone might come to my rescue.

But Cameron knocked me down, and as I fell at the door, she and her entourage dragged me back inside, my desperate fingers clutching the doorframe.

"Please, someone help me!" I pleaded, my voice trembling as I looked around at the crowd.

Aside from the girl who had just had her phone smashed, everyone else watched with cold indifference, their breaths quickening as they observed the scene.

No one spoke up on my behalf.

"Don't!" I sobbed, tears streaming down my face as Cameron dragged me back into the store.

Helpless, I could only watch as Cameron's rage painted me as a mistress, a temptress.

Even the store's sales staff, who had previously shown me no interest, now regarded me with a changed gaze. They stood by, silently watching the spectacle unfold.

Pinned to the cold floor, I watched as Cameron crouched before me, her hand holding the knife, the blade inching closer to my face.

"I'm not a mistress," I whispered weakly, "I'm Zach's daughter."

Cameron paused, momentarily taken aback.

But as I hoped she might reconsider, her eyes flared with fury. Without a hint of mercy, she slashed the knife across my face.

Blood poured out, and I writhed in agonizing struggle, but her bridesmaids held me down firmly.

Cameron scoffed, saying, "Daughter, huh?

"More like a kept daughter. You young people think you can just use your looks to snare wealthy men as sugar daddies, don't you?"

Despair engulfed me. Cameron's knife continued to rake across my face; each cut sending searing pain through me until I crumpled to the ground.

Blood streamed into my eyes, blurring my vision of how many cuts Cameron had inflicted.

I was numb with pain, barely able to scream.

Finally, someone stepped forward, unable to bear the sight. "Alright, enough! This girl's young—she's someone's child too. Don't let this go any further."

Cameron turned her cold smile toward the middle-aged man who had spoken. "Starting to feel sorry for this slut, huh?

"Heh, your daughter probably does the same thing, chasing after rich men for money. And you're here defending this one?"

The man, enraged, looked ready to intervene, but his companions held him back, not wanting to get involved.

After disfiguring me, Cameron, amidst the crowd's screams, grabbed a bottle of sulfuric acid from one of her bridesmaids. Without a second thought, she poured it over my chest.

Somehow, despite my exhaustion, a surge of strength fueled my desperate attempt to fight back. I scrambled to my feet and shoved Cameron away, though the acid had already splashed onto my arms.

The burning pain was intense, making me feel like death was imminent.

"Don't let that bitch get away!

"I won't have any mistress around Zach. Grab her now! Didn't Zach say I was overreacting, defending her?

"I want to see if Zach will even glance at her after I've ruined her face and body!"

As I stumbled toward the Ferrari parked nearby, Cameron and her entourage were quick to follow.

Envy twisted her features as she glared at the car she had coveted in front of Zach.

"Ah, so this is why Zach never bought one for me!"

"Turns out he gave it to this slut. Girls, let's smash it!"
