Chapter 1

On Valentine's Day, my elder brother Connor was all set to announce his engagement, and my parents and I flew back from abroad for the big day. I texted Connor: [Connor, my darling, I'm back.] That single message made his girlfriend Rosalie jump to the conclusion that I was the other woman.

Armed with her friends and family, Rosalie set out to catch the so-called the other woman, ambushing my car on the way.

Rosalie screamed at me, "Bitch, you think you can sneak around as the other woman? Shame on you.

Connor is my man. Think you can steal him from me?

Trash parents raise a bitch daughter, huh? You all deserve to die!"

Her group didn't just hurl insults. They went on a rampage, smashing and shouting.

They wrecked my car worth 10 million dollars and snatched my jewelry.

They beat up my dad. My mom, stressed out, had a heart attack right there. Rosalie wouldn't lift a finger to help, even went so far as to beat my mom herself.

Eventually, my parents both died from the ordeal.

Furious, I yelled at Rosalie, "You'll never join the Foster family. I'll make you pay, blood for blood!"

As we were driving to see my elder brother Connor Foster, my parents stumbled upon a live stream with over a hundred thousand viewers.

"Huh? Isn't that Rosalie? Why is she catching the other woman roadside?" they said, puzzled.

I looked closer, and it was indeed Connor's girlfriend Rosalie Anderson. She was there with a crowd, wielding a "hunt the other woman" sign and interacting with the audience on her stream.

"Guys, I've blocked the road. Just waiting for the bitch's car now.

See that cage? That's for her. I'm gonna show you how we punish the bitch live.

That bitch thinks she can steal Rosalie's man? She's got another thing coming," Waylon Anderson, Rosalie's cousin, shouted, waving his fists and flaunting his tattoos.

Rosalie, tearfully playing the victim, complained, "My boyfriend and I are totally in love, about to meet his parents to get engaged. Then another woman shows up. She's not just texting him to flirt, she's bombarding him with nudes and filthy videos. Besides, she even threatened to kill me if I didn't back off.

I've been crying myself to sleep every night.

Guys, isn't this bitch way out of line?"

As Rosalie spoke, she got more worked up, finally clutching her chest as if about to pass out.

The live chat was filled with sympathy for Rosalie, everyone cursing the supposed another woman.

My parents and I looked at each other, dumbfounded.

We'd always lived abroad. Connor had moved back two years ago to start his own company, so we'd never actually met his girlfriend, Rosalie.

Connor had described Rosalie as kind, adorable, and capable, and he seemed really fond of her. He was planning to propose to her this time.

But we never expected things to go sideways like this. Both of my parents were pissed and disappointed, pushing me to call Connor.

I got Connor on the phone. "Hey, you had me picking out diamond rings and designer bags recently. I thought they were gifts for Rosalie. Were they actually for another woman?" I asked, frowning.

"No. Everything was for Rosalie," Connor said firmly.

"Liar," I snapped, rolling my eyes. "Rosalie's out there blocking roads, hunting down the other woman. And you're still lying to me. Mom and Dad are pissed off.

Break it off with this other woman right now. You can't betray Rosalie. If she dumps you, your company's reputation will tank, and you'll regret it."

Dad grabbed my phone and said sternly, "End it with this other woman now, or your mother and I are done calling you son."

Dad hung up, and right then, our car screeched to a halt.

Looking up, I saw a crowd blocking the road, with Rosalie leading them.

"What are the odds? Is the other woman on the same road as us?" I wondered.

I was stunned for a second, then hurried out of the car to greet Rosalie. But before I could speak, I caught a slap across my face from her.

Her slap was so hard my head hit the car door, sending a numbing pain through my body.

"Guys, this is the bitch seducing my boyfriend. Just look at her, she looks like a temptress, right?" Rosalie said.

"You whore, living off men. Shame on you. Is this how your parents raised you?"

"Cunt, fuck you."

Rosalie and her crew continued to hurl nasty insults at me. Waylon even spit in my face.

I hurriedly tried to explain, "You've got it all wrong. I'm not the other woman..."

But before I could finish, Rosalie slapped me across the face again.

"Bitch, shut the fuck up. Take a good look at yourself. You think you can seduce my man with that face, huh? Do you have a death wish or something?" Rosalie kept yelling, slapping me two more times.

Chapter 2

Rosalie's slaps were even harder this time.

My face burned with pain, and I tasted a hint of sweetness in my mouth. I was bleeding. Tears welled up in my eyes. I had never been so humiliated in my life.

"Stop hurting my daughter.

You've got it all wrong. We're Connor's family," my parents said as they hurried out of the car to intervene, but Waylon kicked them to the ground.

Spitting, Waylon sneered, "We got clear proof, and you call it a misunderstanding? Fuck you. You claim to be Connor's family? He doesn't asshole family like you."

"The whole lot of you are assholes. A daughter as another woman and parents covering for her, what a shame."

"Serves them right. Families like this deserve a harsh lesson."

"Let everyone witness the fate of another woman today."

Rosalie's relatives and friends chimed in with more insults.

Bystanders stopped to watch, pointing and glaring at us with contempt.

Seeing my parents get hit made me panic. Fueled by rage, I somehow mustered the strength to push Waylon away. Then I shouted at Rosalie, "You're Rosalie, right?

I really am Connor's sister. Call him if you don't believe me..."

However, Rosalie interrupted me with another slap.

"Fuck you, bitch. Doing this and not owning up? Still playing innocent? You call Connor 'darling' in your texts. And now you claim you're just his sister?

You're nothing but the other woman, a whore," Rosalie yelled, hands on her hips, convinced of her accusations.

But Connor was my brother, and it was totally normal for me to use affectionate terms with him.

Clearly, Rosalie was just being paranoid, unreasonable, and way too suspicious. I couldn't believe how self-righteous she was acting.

It turned out, Rosalie wasn't as sweet, virtuous, and well-mannered as Connor had made her out to be.

"Rosalie, don't waste your breath on her. Lock her up and parade her around," Waylon said coldly.

"Right, I'm definitely teaching this bitch a lesson today," Rosalie agreed, nodding.

The surrounding crowd clapped and cheered. Rosalie's live stream viewers also got into it, some even sending her gifts.

I was in shock. Just as I tried to call Connor, Waylon yanked me by my hair and dragged me violently toward a metal cage.

Chapter 3

"Let me go! Let me go!" I yelled. "Rosalie, just call Connor. He'll explain everything."

But my pleas were useless. Rosalie just laughed, pleased with herself.

The rough concrete scraped my skin, the pain almost driving me to tears.

"Let go of my daughter!" My dad shouted as he rushed to help me, but Waylon kicked him away, sending him flying several feet before he hit the ground, coughing up blood.

It didn't stop there. Several others joined in, kicking and punching my dad mercilessly.

"You... You..." My mom, shaking with rage, tried to call the police, but Rosalie snatched her phone and smashed it.

"Look at yourself, you old hag, you raised a bitch. Why don't you just die? How can you even show your face?" Rosalie yanked my mom's hair and slammed her head against the car window.

There was a loud thump, and my mom's forehead started bleeding, her face twisted in pain. Then, she clutched her chest.

Desperate, I yelled, "My mom needs her heart meds!

Stop hitting my dad. Take it out on me if you have to!"

All I got back was Rosalie's cold, mocking smile.

"Meds? Your whole family dropping dead would be better. This is what you deserve for being the other woman," Rosalie spat out, cold and merciless.

Waylon shoved me roughly into the cage.

My dad lay on the ground, blood pouring from his wounds, motionless. My mom was curled up, clutching her chest. Watching them, panic overwhelmed me. Ignoring my own pain, I begged, "Please, let me take my parents to the hospital.

I'll pay whatever you want..."

Rosalie remained indifferent. The onlookers who came for the drama didn't offer any help either.

The comments on the live stream were all about how my family deserved to die.

I was truly desperate.

"But you got everything by scamming my boyfriend," Rosalie said with a cold smirk. "You want an ambulance? Kneel and beg for it."
