A soft kiss landed on my cheek after he said that. I turned my head over to look out the window for a while. Then I sighed helplessly in my heart.

The reporters naturally didn't dare to make Chaiden unhappy. So just after that roar, the reporters who surrounded the area also gradually dispersed.

Chaiden immediately stepped forward to help me up from the ground. While helping me clean up the dirt on my body, he softly consoled me, “Baby, don’t take those people’s words to heart. What those people said is not true. I will only love you more than ever after this.”

After saying that, he turned around and kicked Albert's body. On the other hand, I just silenced.

I just sat in the room in a daze until the early morning. Chaiden never came back to our room. Meanwhile, the guest room next door kept laughing.

When the sky gradually brightened up, the door of the room was pushed open from outside. The person who came in was not Chaiden, but Annette.

Annette looked at the disheveled me sitting on the floor. She then laughed loudly and pointed at the tip of my nose.

She said in a stern voice, “I know Maverick loved you so much, Aurelie. So what do you think? I hooked my finger and he got into my bed. What if Chaiden married you, but in your home at the same time, he slept with me?”
