Chapter 1

On my first wedding anniversary, I was alone with the flowers and my wife's favorite dishes.

My wife, Ada Jones, didn't come back all night, and her ex-boyfriend, Leo Smith, who was an artist, updated his Facebook.

"Baby, thank you for helping me to finish this great work."

The picture showed Ada's naked body, and she posed like a model.

At that moment, I was heartbroken and gave a like.

Then, I asked a lawyer to draft a divorce agreement overnight.

"Oh, I'm so tired. Honey, please rub my shoulders."

The next morning, Ada came back with a tired body, and she sat next to me.

It was definitely tiring to pose as a model all night.

I drank milk and ignored her.

Ada noticed my strangeness and changed the subject, "Ah, Honey, Leo asked me for help last night, so I came back late. I forgot to inform you. You won't blame me, right?"

"What day was yesterday? Why did you make so many dishes?"

I observed that Ada wasn't hungry.

Perhaps because of guilt, she reluctantly took a few bites and pretended to devour the food ravenously.

"Honey, your cooking is still so good."

I put down the cup and looked at Ada calmly. "Ada, let's get a divorce."

Chapter 2

Ada and I had been friends since childhood, and we had always played together since we were very young.

She had been dependent on me since she was a child. She also told me everything.

When we were kids, we shared snacks, and when we grew up, we shared our thoughts.

Ada told me everything, like her parents had a fight or she broke up with her boyfriend.

It was normal for her to drink my water, wear my clothes, and spend my money.

It seemed that we were a couple, but I knew I was just a bootlicker who stayed with Ada in the name of her brother.

I confessed to her, but she rejected me.

I remembered her words. "Gavin, you're good. But I always think of you as an elder brother. If we really became a couple, it would be too awkward. Isn't it better for us to get along like now?"

Most loves died of confession, and my love was no exception.

I thought that Ada and I would always get along like this until I went to college and had a girlfriend. Ada sent my girlfriend all intimate photos of Ada and me, and one of them was shot when Ada was biting my ear.

I suddenly became a scumbag, so I was angry and asked Ada what she meant. Finally, she confessed to me.

Honestly, even though I had a girlfriend, in my mind, Ada was the best.

For me, Ada's words "I like you" were more attractive than thousands of words from other girls.

Looking at Ada, who was shy, I asked her, "On your eighteenth birthday, I confessed to you. Since you liked me, why did you reject me?"

"I thought friendship lasts longer than love. Now I've figured it out. Instead of letting you fall in love with someone else, I might as well be together with you. Don't you like me anymore?"

She was always arrogant, like a little princess.

But her personality was also developed by me, so how could I not like her?

My friends told me that Ada confessed to me because she broke up with her boyfriend and felt too bored.

But I didn't think so. I firmly believed that I gained Ada's love because of my years of hard work.

Our parents were old friends, so our relationship went smoothly.

Maybe because I knew how hard this love came, so I cherished it. Those years were the happiest years of my life.

I remembered that on my 25th birthday, my company had sent me on a business trip to the South.

Ada kept it a secret from me and took a plane just to celebrate my birthday two thousand kilometers away.

At that time, I swore that I would not marry anyone else except for Ada.

We got married after Ada graduated.

I thought we would be happy forever. But everything changed after half a year ago when Leo returned home.

Chapter 3

Leo was Ada's ex-boyfriend. For their good affection, Leo often asked Ada for help after he returned home.

I was bothered by this matter, so I said to Ada that she was my wife and that she shouldn't keep close contact with Leo.

But she always put me off with the same excuse that I was narrow-minded and jealous and that I should trust her if I loved her.

To prove that I loved her, I started to ignore their dates.

However, it got worse. In the beginning, Ada and Leo just ate and drank together. Later, they could stay out all night.

So, I argued with Ada.

But Ada said, "Gavin, you've really changed. You were not like this before. You would support me no matter what I do. Leo and I have broken up. We are just friends now. Isn't it right for friends to help each other? Besides, if Leo and I hadn't broken up, we wouldn't be together! You should thank Leo!"

Ada's words hurt me.

In a fit of anger, I asked her for a divorce, but the next day, Ada found my mom.

I thought that after this matter, Ada should have been more considerate and restrained herself.

Unexpectedly, it became the beginning of my nightmare.

She was no longer worried about me filing for divorce since she knew my parents would help persuade me.

I couldn't divorce her unless I found her affair.

Yesterday was our first wedding anniversary. I wanted to take this opportunity to ease our relationship.

I didn't tell Ada in advance because I thought she wouldn't forget it.

As a result, she really forgot, and she even didn't come back or inform me.

The reason she didn't go home was to be a nude model for Leo.

In the photo, Ada was charming and sexy.
