Chapter 1
At the concert, I handed the campus heartthrob a few small, square, jagged-edged objects.
"Here, have some candy."
The heartthrob took it, unwrapped it, and immediately pulled out a rubber ring.
The place went wild.
Oh my, I almost forgot I am the female lead of a sex scene
…
It's been three months since I transmigrated into this campus pure love story.
Not only have I not gotten any action.
Every guy here guards their purity like a treasure, blushing at just holding hands.
Unlike the men in our story.
Meet once, kiss twice, and be in bed by the third time.
Here, every guy is a pure love warrior.
I came to the music festival just to give it another try.
Maybe in the crowded crowd, I could spark some "love" with some handsome guy.
Though the chances of that in a pure love story are slim…
The host's voice echoed from the stage: "Today, we'll pick one lucky audience member to personally give a gift to Lucas Barnes, and he'll unwrap it on the spot!"
I twitched my lips; is this what they call a benefit in a pure love story?
Might as well just do it directly…
"And the lucky audience member is—you!"
A spotlight hit my face precisely.
My roommate shook me wildly, more excited than I was.
I stiffly twitched my lips; Lucas Barnes is the male lead of this pure love story!
Of all people, I wouldn't choose to win him over!
What kind of gift could I possibly give him!
With all eyes on me, I had no choice but to go.
I tossed my wavy hair and fake-smiled as I walked onto the stage.
As soon as I got up, I opened my arms to hug him.
The moment our bodies touched, I almost lost control and wanted to rub my bountiful chest against him…
Luckily, I didn't, or I might have been sued for sexual harassment.
I originally planned to let go after a second, but I ended up hugging for a few more seconds.
This man's body is damn delicious!
Lucas Barnes's thin lips parted slightly: "The gift?"
I frowned, huh? My hug doesn't count as a gift?
I reached into my pocket.
I felt a few candies.
"Here, have some candy."
Lucas Barnes thanked me, smiling as he took it from my hand.
I was dazzled by his sunny smile; such a bright smile could only appear in a pure love story.
He immediately unwrapped the package.
The moment the "candy" came out of the package, I panicked!
Shit!
I had specifically brought a few for, you know, just in case.
It's been so long since I carried them, I subconsciously thought they were candy, and the packaging really looked like candy.
Can I explain that this candy was intentionally made to look like a round rubber ring?
Would he believe it?
Obviously not.
Before I could react.
Lucas Barnes had already hidden it.
But the whole process was displayed on the big screen, so everyone saw it.
The place went wild.
The crowd burst into laughter.
Lucas Barnes's cheeks turned red.
Looking at his face, I felt an inexplicable urge to pin him down…
"You…"
I bit my lip and decided to go all in: "That's exactly what I mean. Can you handle it!?"
He gritted his teeth and whispered, "What are you talking about in broad daylight!"
Lucas Barnes's ears and neck flushed a deep red, giving me a sense of accomplishment, having teased him.
"Oh? Can't handle it? Then I'll leave."
Throwing that line, I immediately left and headed backstage.
I touched the remaining condoms in my pocket and clicked my tongue; the real me was exposed.
Chapter 2
As soon as I got backstage, I saw Olivia Walker, the female lead of this story.
She looked at me with tearful eyes, full of grievance.
She and Lucas Barnes were on the verge of becoming a couple, just a step away from confessing their feelings.
I intruded on their territory, so it's only natural she sees me as a threat.
I was about to walk over when Lucas Barnes got to her first.
"Olivia, let me explain..."
I rolled my eyes, seriously, is her next line going to be, "I don't want to hear it, I don't want to hear it"?
Can we skip the unnecessary drama?
Olivia: "I don't want to hear it, I don't want to hear it!"
I sighed, looks like I have to handle this myself.
"First of all, I was forced on stage. Second, I thought it was candy. And lastly, I'm not interested in him."
Olivia wiped her tears and looked at me seriously, "Really?"
I nodded, "You heard him just now, he's not up for it."
Lucas Barnes was furious, "Kelly Drew, what are you saying!"
Oh my, I almost forgot that people here talk in such roundabout ways.
"Sorry, sorry, my bad!"
Night.
I heard a rumor that there's a bar in the suburbs, unusually open.
That night, I drove straight there.
As soon as I entered the bar, I felt at home.
The total fabric on everyone there wasn't even as much as a single piece of my clothing.
I took off my jacket and plunged into the crowd, grabbing here, touching there.
Is this a bar?
This is heaven!
Someone shouted in my ear:
"Hey gorgeous! Can I buy you a drink?"
I stopped and turned to look at the guy.
Our eyes met, understanding each other instantly.
I sized him up.
Oh? Not bad at all.
I smiled slyly.
Then I slipped my hand into his belt and pulled him towards the bar.
Two drinks were served, and I immediately poured his drink into my glass.
Seeing his puzzled look, I smiled and said:
"Impairs functionality."
Everything flowed naturally, and we were about to leave the bar.
But as soon as we stepped out, we ran into Lucas Barnes.
I pretended not to see him, walking past him with the guy, but he grabbed my hand.
"Kelly Drew, are you that desperate?"
What was that tone, angry? Anxious? Sad?
"Let go, what's it to you?"
Lucas Barnes frowned, his voice heavy with sadness: "The kid's mom, the kid cried all night at home!"
I was about to speak when the guy next to me quickly said:
"Sorry, I didn't know you were married."
And then he fled back into the bar.
I was utterly bewildered.
"Lucas Barnes, are you crazy! What does this have to do with you!"
Losing my catch, who wouldn't be pissed?
"I..."
"You're insane!"
I stomped on his foot hard, then hailed a cab and left, my good mood ruined by him.
The next day, I went to the club class.
For once, I brought a book and pen because the senior teaching this class is hot!
Those biceps and abs make me drool.
"You there, answer this question."
I was daydreaming about Senior John Carter when my roommate shook me hard, bringing me back to reality to answer the question.
... I couldn't answer if my life depended on it.
I was too busy admiring Senior John Carter's biceps wrapped in that white shirt.
Chapter 3
If you asked me to draw the muscle structure of those biceps, I could do it in no time.
"John, I don’t know how to do it."
"I saw you staring at me so intently, I thought you were very focused."
John, I'm just craving your body!
Your esteemed knowledge is too much for my brain to handle.
I looked at John Carter sincerely, "John, I’m willing to make up for it after class. Please teach me well."
"Alright, follow me after class."
The classroom erupted.
"Ah, John, I don’t know how to do it either!"
"If you don't know, then pay attention to the class."
Yes!
This is a blessing in disguise!
After class, I eagerly followed John Carter.
"Why are you walking so slowly?"
I snapped out of my daze and replied, "I'm keeping up, I'm keeping up."
If I don't walk behind you, how can I slowly appreciate your amazing waist-to-hip ratio!
Walking beside him is also nice, those pecs look great up close too!
"John."
I turned my head at the sound, and there was Lucas Barnes!
Why can't this annoying guy just disappear!
"Lucas, what brings you here?"
"It's about the project we were working on last time, I have some questions."
"I'm just heading back, shall we go together?"
"Sure."
After speaking, Lucas Barnes shot me a challenging look and then squeezed himself between John Carter and me.
I've never hated a man so much!
I mentally punish myself with a drink for previously thinking his body was attractive.
In John Carter’s office, there was none of the accidental touches or suggestive glances I imagined.
All I saw were two men, heads together, deeply engrossed in their project.
I was nothing but a 250-watt light bulb.
Later, Lucas Barnes received a call and said he had to leave.
I was happy for only a few seconds before he grabbed me and took me away.
He threatened to use his last tactic if I didn't leave.
Once outside the building, I couldn't hold back any longer.
"I know you hold a grudge against me for causing a misunderstanding between you and Olivia Walker, but I already explained!"
"No..."
I didn’t give him a chance to speak, "I’ll apologize again, okay? I’m sorry!"
Then I bowed 90 degrees.
With my hands clasped together, I begged, "Let me go and let yourself go too, thank you!"
On the way back to the dorm, a guy suddenly blocked my path.
"Why are you interfering in other people's relationships?"
I looked up at him.
Oh, isn't this the tragic second male lead.
So, he’s here to avenge the female lead.
I gave him a once-over.
This Jake Lee is quite something.
Although not as handsome as Lucas Barnes or as well-built as John Carter, he’s full of energy!
That tanned skin, sweat dripping on white sheets, the temptation is off the charts...
Oh no, I’m thinking too far.
I cleared my throat, "I'm not interested in Lucas Barnes, but... I am interested in you."
"You...!"
"Anyway, Olivia doesn't like you, why not come with me?"
"You... You shameless hussy! How can you talk like this!"
"Olivia doesn't like you, what can you get by being her knight in shining armor?"
I threw him a seductive look, "Come with me, I’ll make you happy."
Jake Lee's face turned red, "Go!"
He looked at me as if I were a demon with fangs, and he hurried away.
