Chapter 2

“Sister-in-law, don't be too sad, just sign it,” Foster urged me several times, making me come to my senses and deliberately snatching away the death notice.

I pretended to be sad and walked to Erwin, suddenly opened the white curtain, cried and cursed.

“Husband, you died so unjustly! You are so cruel, abandoning me like this. Don't you want this family anymore?”

During the chaos, I saw a bruise and a needle hole on Erwin's arm. I guess he had been given anesthetic and was pretending to be dead.

But if you looked closely, you could see that Erwin's belly was rising and falling in an orderly manner.

In my previous life, I cried until my eyes were blurry and I was heartbroken. I didn't care about those things at all. As a result, I was deceived by them.

Thinking of that, I slapped Erwin in the face.

“Sister-in-law!”

Foster was so scared that he trembled and hurried over to pull me up.

“Sister-in-law, your husband has gone, please don't be like this. We can understand your sadness, but the dead are more important."

Foster was afraid that I would notice something unusual, so he handed me a piece of gauze to wipe my tears.

I carefully avoided the gauze, pretended to be out of control and walked around to Erwin, slapping him twice.

I remembered that in my previous life, it was Foster who handed me a piece of gauze to wipe my tears. As soon as it got close to my eyes and nose, I was instantly knocked out. When I woke up again, Erwin had escaped.

After that, Foster handed me the gauze several times, but I refused to take it. He could only throw it on the table and turned around to pour me a glass of water.

Wow, so many tricks waiting for me?

I guessed there were sleeping pills in that glass of water.

I deliberately didn't drink, avoided him without leaving a trace and even broke the cup, which made Foster so anxious that he frowned.

I touched Erwin's body and deliberately asked in surprise, “He has been dead for a while, right? How come his body is still warm, like he is not dead yet?”

Foster explained awkwardly, “This… It's summer, the body is not likely to get hypothermic and he died not long ago, thar’s why the temperature is normal.”

I nodded and immediately took out my phone to search for the phone number of the organ donation center on the Internet.

“Hello, is this the organ donation center? Please come over immediately. It's at First Hospital. Yes, my husband just died not long ago and many of his organs can still be used.”

As soon as the phone was hung up, Foster's face changed suddenly.

“Sister-in-law, what are you doing? Why are you donating your husband’s organs?”

“Yes, this is what Erwin meant. He told me many times before he died that he wanted to be a useful person to society after his death. He agreed to donate his organs after his death, which can be regarded as accumulating merit for his future.”

Foster subconsciously refuted me, “Impossible. Erwin will never agree to donate his organs.”

“Brother-in-law, how could you know? I am Erwin's wife, I definitely know what he is thinking. Besides, you are also a doctor, you should know how many lives Erwin can save by donating his organs, shouldn’t you?”

With my insistence, people from the organ donation center quickly arrived.

I begged them with tears and pretended to be selfless.

“I really can't bear to do this, but this is my husband's last wish before he died. Please remove all his usable organs so that his life can continue in another way. This will also be a kind of comfort to me,” I said in fake tears.

Chapter 3

“Thank you so much. We thank you on behalf of the patients waiting for organs.”

The people at the organ donation center thanked me excitedly. It was probably the first time they had met a family member like me.

They were afraid that I would go back on my word, so they quickly took out the organ donation notice for me to sign.

Just when I was about to sign my name, Foster ran over and stopped me.

“No, sister-in-law, you are violating the custom of Erwin's hometown. You cannot donate organs. If you do this, Erwin will become an incomplete person and will not be able to enter the ancestral tomb.”

I said indifferently, “That is not the problem even if he can’t get in, as long as he can help many people in this world. I am sure he would be even more honored if he donated his organs, maybe Heaven will accept him in the end.”

After that, I deliberately asked the people at the organ donation center again, “Oh, right. After the organs are donated, can the remaining body be used as specimens for research? My husband is a very kind person, he is willing to donate everything he has.”

After hearing what I said, Foster's face turned dark and then white, his body was much paler than before, but suddenly his face turned red in anger. He was simply out of control.

I also knew that Foster used a special anesthetic on Erwin. Although he was in a coma at that time, his senses were still very sensitive and he could hear all our conversations.

Well, I really wanted him to hear enough.

Let him have a good taste of what it felt like to be at the gates of hell and jumping around in front of the King of Hell.

Foster got anxious and rushed over to stop me, wishing he could tie me up with a rope.

“No, sister-in-law. I am sure you won't be able to explain to his mother when the time comes.”

He was almost going crazy, fearing that he would really be stabbed in the back and end Erwin's life. Because, if it really happened, his sister would have a miserable life for the rest of her life.

Right, Erwin’s mistress was Foster’s biological sister, Jane Armstrong.

In the end, Foster deliberately brought up my mother-in-law, Victoria, to pressure me.

He said he had called Victoria, but she firmly disagreed and was rushing over to see Erwin for the last time.

I thought about it and decided not to continue making trouble. I just waited for Victoria to come and act.

If the organs were really donated, Erwin 's conspiracy to fake his death would be exposed soon. In that case, the show would be interrupted halfway through and it would not be good to watch.

Not long after, Victoria rushed over.

She sat at the casino table all day, dressed in bright colors and looked as ostentatious as a colorful fluttering moth. How could she be sad about the death of her son?

When Victoria heard that his son had died, he rushed in and rolled up his sleeves to teach me a lesson.

“You are such a lawless bastard! When will it be your turn to make decisions at home?

“For so many years, you've been no match for a chicken. At least chickens can lay eggs, while you can do nothing.

“Look! Still there's nothing moving in your belly, right? Because you haven't given birth to a child for my Chavez Family, you cannot meddle in my son's affairs.

“Don’t dare you donate my son's organs without my permission. If you dare to donate my son's organs, I will make you buried with him.”

Victoria was a shrew and she never stopped talking since she came in.

Not only did she scold me, she also scolded the person who ran away from the organ donation center.

Seeing Victoria coming, Foster finally breathed a sigh of relief.

While they were not paying attention, I took the gauze that Foster had placed on the table, deliberately knelt down and cried to apologize to Victoria.

“I'm sorry, Mom. I just can't bear to let Erwin go. I want to see his life continue in another way. It's all my fault for not thinking it through. Don't cry and don't hurt yourself.”

I pretended to hug Victoria, wiped her tears with gauze and placed it on her mouth and nose.

Foster was so anxious that he kept calling for Victoria, but it was too late. She fainted after taking a few breaths.
