I was only freed on the third day.

Since I was a doctor,even in the most dangerous time,I still protected the child inside me.

Yet Marcus continued to keep me trapped in the villa.

To get my medical license back,I had no choice but to follow Marcus’s orders and wait on Athena.

Within one week,I went through all kinds of suffering.

If the soup I made was a little too hot,Athena would knock it down at once.The hot soup splashed over me,leaving one burn after another.

Marcus only paid attention to the small red mark on Athena’s hand.

“If I post these pictures,I wonder how they will look at you then.”

After she said that,she quickly unlocked her phone.

“You’re crazy!Delete those pictures for me!”

Athena lifted her phone high.When she saw the pain on my face,she looked even more pleased.

Right after he spoke,I saw him standing not far from the villa.

In the next moment,I watched with my own eyes as Marcus’s car hit my younger brother and sent him flying right in front of me!

“No!”My eyes widened with anger as I broke away from the bodyguards and stumbled toward my younger brother.

Seeing him keep coughing up blood,my hands shook hard.The ambulance would need at least an hour to arrive.

But his current state could not hold on that long at all!

I forced myself up and frantically hit Marcus’s car window with both hands,shouting in a rough voice,“Marcus!Open the door,quickly take my brother to the hospital!”

I kept pounding on the window,not caring about the pain in my hands.

Inside the car,Marcus held Athena tightly in his arms.
