Chapter 1

After the fifth year of my parents' death, I was plotted against, drugged, and almost violated in a hotel.

My older brother, Austin Fitzgerald, slapped me in the face, his eyes filled with anger.

"Gloria, you are so shameless! You're not my sister!"

He comforted another girl, Audrey Porter.

Andy Field, the man who almost violated me, was her crush.

Everyone thought that I deliberately seduced him.

I wrapped my clothes tightly, grabbed my suitcase, and left this so-called home.

"Get out! Never come back again!"

Austin's voice was filled with anger. Without even looking at me, he brought Audrey back and let her stay in my room.

I turned around and quickly wiped away the blood from my nose.

I was about to die. He'd get what he wanted.

In the hotel, as soon as I woke up, I saw a disgusting face approaching with an evil smile.

I struggled like crazy, but Andy pressed me on the bed, making it impossible for me to move.

Just then, the door was kicked open from the outside.

Austin rushed in angrily.

Audrey followed behind, crying.

"Gloria, you are so shameless! You're not my sister!"

He slapped me in the face.

I was utterly shocked.

He had always loved me the most.

But because of Audrey's arrival, he started to blame me for anything without asking for a reason.

"I..."

I was interrupted before I could finish.

Austin pulled a long face, furious.

"You know Andy is Audrey's boyfriend. But you still seduced him! You're so cheap!"

All the explanations I desperately wanted to say were stuck in my throat.

I had no idea.

In his eyes, I was such a cheap woman.

Audrey hid in Austin's arms, crying sadly.

"Austin, Andy is my life!"

She looked at me with resentment, making Austin hold her in his arms more tenderly as he comforted her.

When he looked at me again, there was a coldness in his eyes.

"Gloria, I don't have a disgusting sister like you!

"Pack up your things and get out now!"

Chapter 2

I wrapped up my torn clothes and packed my suitcase.

"Austin, after I leave, remember not to drink so much, and there's soup for your hangover..."

I wanted to express my concern for him one last time.

But I was impatiently interrupted by him.

"Don't sweat about it!"

There was a strong sense of disgust and alienation in his tone.

I stared at him blankly, feeling a bit dazed and sad.

Austin had been my brother for more than ten years. Our family photo was still on the table in the living room.

Austin gently held me in his arms, his gaze softening as it fell on me.

That moment became an eternity in the photo.

But now, because of Audrey, he was extremely annoyed with me.

I lowered my head and stopped talking.

"Austin!"

A cheerful voice came over, and the girl in a pink dress jumped around, dragging about five suitcases and panting loudly at the door.

"It's so heavy, Austin, come and help me."

Austin's face, which was originally cold to the extreme, instantly softened when he heard Audrey's voice.

Without saying a word, he walked over.

He took the suitcases behind her and said, "Give them to me. Go upstairs."

Audrey smiled at me and turned to ask Austin.

"Austin, which room am I staying in?"

Austin didn't even lift her head and said without any hesitation.

"The first room on the left on the second floor. It's the master bedroom with good lighting and spacious space."

My face turned pale, and I held the handle of the suitcase tightly.

It was my bedroom.

It was the bedroom I had lived in for eighteen years.

He had already eagerly let Audrey move in before I left?

Audrey happily responded and skipped upstairs.

When she walked past me, she smiled provocatively at me. It was the smile that belonged to winners.

Austin's voice rang out coldly.

"Why are you still here?

"Do you think I would beg you to stay?"

His voice was full of disgust and disdain.

It seemed that even standing here, I would sicken him.

I opened my mouth, but before I could say anything, suddenly...

I had a nosebleed.

I quickly turned around and quickly wiped away the nosebleed.

I fled in a sorry state.

Chapter 3

My nose just wouldn't stop bleeding at all.

When the maid passed by me, she stopped me in a panic.

"Miss Fitzgerald, are you OK?

"Why are you getting so much nosebleed?"

She watched me and Austin grow up since we were young, and she was like our elder.

She looked for tissues everywhere and wiped the nosebleed for me.

I looked down and saw that all the tissues were stained red with blood, and my nosebleed stopped.

I shook my head. "I'm OK. The weather these days has been a bit dry. That's all."

Only then did she feel relieved.

She comforted me not to be angry with Austin. He was in a fit of anger, and he'd let me come back when he calmed down.

I didn't respond.

Over the past decade or so, we had many fights.

But never before had he kicked me out of the house so firmly as he did now. Because of Audrey, he didn't need me anymore.

If it were before, I might refuse to leave.

But not now.

I clenched the diagnosis report in my pocket, which I had read too many times, making it all crumpled.

The doctor said I had an acute illness, and it may cause complications at any time. I didn't know how long I could live.

That day, when I received the diagnosis report, I stood still for a long time.

Then I went to the bar to get drunk.

Then I met Andy. He tampered with the drink he handed me.

I woke up lying on the bed in the hotel.

Then Austin and Audrey showed up and called me a slut without knowing the truth.

Actually, I could understand why Austin's attitude had changed so much.

I overheard that he had a paternity test with the Porter family.

He was my dear brother who had loved and cared for me for eighteen years,

He was my dear brother who I had relied on, but actually, he had no blood relationship with me.

He was the lost son of the Porter family.

Audrey was his real sister.

Although Austin didn't say it, he must have been thinking about how to replace me with Audrey.

I smiled bitterly.

I tried to look up at the sky so that my tears wouldn't fall.

Brother, I Don't Forgive You
