"Fancy seeing you here.." My friends smirked at me and I plopped on the sofa.

"Where were you? I saw you walk out earlier." Oliver asked.

"I saw you with Violet Ashlock." Jeremy smirked and I just chuckled.

"Hitting on her? I thought you have no interest in that girl?"

"No interest? Dude are you blind? She's hot." Elijah said and I poured alcohol to my glass.

"I'm using her." I said honestly.

"Nice thinking." Kane said.

"Are you sure that you're just using her? How about the arrange marriage?" Oliver asked.

"Nah.. I skip that." I said and sipped my alcohol.

"You literally have 2 hot girls around you.. dude.. have the both of them." Eljiah said and I shook my head.

"I don't want to settle down.. and the both of them want that." I hissed

"Dude.. Settling down with a hot girl is a definition of heaven." Kane said.

"Then you get her.."

"I want Violet." Elijah smirked and I gestured to him to take her.

"Really? Can I have her now?"

"After I use her.. she's all yours." I said and sipped my drink. After that we started to talk about our business. We're businessmen, our topic will always be business,money, deals and girls.

"I'm out of here.." I said after that, I decided to go home and rest.

The next day.. I woke up and sat on my desk to work. After that I took a shower and decided to make a reservation for tonight's date. Gosh, impressing a girl like Violet will be quite hard. I believe that she's a type of girl who loves romance and fairytales. This will be hard.. but at least I will get a lot of advantages in the future for being with her.

I called a restaurant and reserved a place there after that I went back to work again. Until the clock showed 6 p.m, I quickly took a shower and went out from my apartment. I drove down to Violet's place.

They opened the door and I parked my car inside. I got out of my car at the same time as Violet walked out from the house. She looked beautiful as always.. elegant.. classy.. as always her eyes.. That's the most captivating part of her.

"Hello, Austin." She greeted me and I smiled.

"Hello beautiful, ready to go?" I asked as I walked to the passenger side. She smiled widely and nodded. I opened the door for her. She got in and I closed the door. I walked to the other side and got in.

"So where are we going today?" She asked as she put on her seatbelt.

"I've booked a restaurant and then we can go to the place that you want to go." I said.

"Oh okay.."

"Any place in mind?" A girl like her, maybe shopping.. or cafes..

"Can we go to Brooklyn Bridge later on?" I raised my eyebrows as I started the car.

"Brooklyn bridge?"

"Yeah.. I always go there every night. It helps me to release stress."

"Walking along the Brooklyn bridge?" I asked.

"Yeah, walk along it and sit there for hours." Well that's a little bit new..

"Oh okay, we can do that." I said as I drove out from her house.

"Oh.. iPod.." She pointed at my iPod.

"Go choose a song.." I bet it will be slow and romantic songs. Gosh.. I'm sleepy and I'm not in- She suddenly played loud pop songs.. Like Bang Bang by Ariana, Jessie and Nicki Minaj. Well.. at least she didn't turn on slow songs.

"Your playlist is so boring." What?!

"You don't have R&B songs?" She asked and I chuckled.

"A classy and elegant girl like you? Hearing R&B?" I asked disbelief.

"Is there something wrong with R&B?" She asked in a really disbelief tone.

"Oh come on.. you girls love slow and romantic songs."

"I guess you still don't know me then.." She said and then turned off the song.

"Do you have allergies or something?" She asked.

"Nope.. I don't. Do you?"

"Nope.. I don't." At the same time, we arrived at the restaurant. We got out of the car and I walked towards her. I offered her my arm and she linked it. We walked inside together.

"Reservation under Mr. Portwalt." We walked inside and sat near the window. She sat across me and the waiter offered us the menu. We chose our food and ordered it.

"How work today?" I asked her and she smiled.

"Quite good. Been dealing alone since my dad is currently away. How about you?"

"Well.. Working inside my apartment."

"Missing Miami?" She asked and I chuckled.

"A little.."

"Why Miami?" She asked and the most interesting part about her is that she respects people. She never touches her phone when she's talking and she always makes eye contact which is really good.

I often deal with girls who keep their eyes on their phone. I know that they're talking with a lot of guys at the same time when they're with me but this girl surprises me.

"Miami? Well.. my mom was born in Miami and I grew up loving the environment." I answered.

"Well.. if you stress out.. all you need to do is walk out from your office."

"Right.. that's why I love Miami. How about you? Why New York?" I asked.

"Well.. It's never been my choice. I was born here and grew up here.. actually.. I want to live in the countryside." That surprised me again.

"That's interesting.."

"Yeah, me and friends went for a trip around 2 years ago to the countryside. I love it.. I just love everything about it." She said smiling widely.

"It's quite surprising a girl like you want to live there.."

"Everyone said that.. I'm just an ordinary girl. I mean I know that my parents taught me how to be elegant and classy and just this girl but you know.. I'm just an ordinary girl.. I'm just like everyone else."

"No.. I think you're special." Those were the only honest words that came out from my mouth that night..

Violet Ashlock

"When will you go back to Miami?" I asked as we walked along the Brooklyn bridge.

"The day after tomorrow." He answered and I nodded.

"Thankyou for the dinner, it was delicious." I smiled at him and he smiled nodding.

"Glad that you like it.. so tell me why you always come here everyday?" He asked and we sat on an empty bench.

"I don't like being alone. I hate being alone. That's why I always come here and enjoy seeing people come and go.. along with the view and sometimes the moon." I said and he nodded.

"Did something happen in the past?" He asked and I sighed.

"When I was in my 2nd year of college, I went out alone from the library to go back to my dorm. 3 men stalked me and almost raped me at that time. They took off all of my clothes and thank God my friend saved me. I know when I'm in my house.. I have guards but still.. I feel insecure."

"You might get rape here too.. you're alone too."

"It's an open space, Austin. At least.. there's a lot of people here besides I always come home around 8 from here."

"Well.. you know that you won't be alone from now on." He said that and I turned to him. I smiled widely and turned my head back to the view.

"I will come back to New York in a month." He stated.

"Well.. good to hear that."

"If you agree to try this.. I will come back here next week." He said and that made me turn my head to him. He smiled and raised his eyebrows.

"Well.. I guess I'll see you next week." I said and he chuckled.

"Glad to hear that."

"Come on.. I'll take you home.. It's chilly and we have work tomorrow." He said and I nodded. We got up and he offered his hand. I took it and we walked hand in hand. I can't stop smiling.. I love this feeling. Everything just feels so right.

"Thankyou for today.. really.." I said to him once again and he nodded. When we arrived at his car, he stopped me and I looked at him confused.

"You surprise me today."

"Hmm?"

"You just surprise me in every way.." He smiled.

"Well.. I'll take that as a compliment."

"Because it is." I slipped my hand to his cheek, I looked at him for a moment and then I kissed his cheek. He opened the door for me and I got inside. He walked to the driver seat and got in. He started the car and drove away.

"Thank You.. for today."

"Stop saying thankyou." He said and I chuckled.

"Sorry." I said as I opened the door. I was going to get out but he stopped me. He pulled me back in and cupped my face. He kissed me slowly.. It was sweet and just romantic.

"Night." He smiled and I bit my lips completely out of my mind because of that kiss.

"Night.."

"Don't do that." He pointed at my lips and I chuckled.

"See you.. next week.. right?"

"Yeah.. See you next week." He said and waved. I waved him back and walked inside. I can't contain my happiness.. I jumped happily and walked to my room. I plopped to my bed and closed my eyes.

I swear.. I'm going crazy.. I'm so happy.. gosh.. After that.. I erased my make up and went straight to sleep.

The next day, I woke up and went back to work. I drove to the office and got out of my car. Suddenly a message came and it's.. Austin.

Morning sunshine..

I know that I say I will see you next week but.. apparently I can't wait. Go to the brunch restaurant right in front of your office.

My breath got hitch when I received the message, I looked around like an idiot and walked out from the building. I saw the brunch restaurant and went there. I walked inside and looked around the place. Suddenly a waiter gestured to me to go up, I walked up and there he was.. looking strikingly handsome in a suit.

"Hey." I smiled and he gestured to me to sit.

"Hey.. beautiful. Let's just order first." I ordered a blueberry with vanilla ice cream and he ordered a english breakfast.

"I can't wait for a week.. it will kill me." He stated and damn that made me blush so hard.

"How do you even know this place? I have never been here." I said as I looked at the restaurant.

"I've been here with Blake and Jean."

"Ah.. Blake and Jean, the cutest couple."

"They're not cute.. They're quite scary." He said and I chuckled.

"What do you think about settling down?" I asked looking straight to his eyes and he just looked at me with an unreadable expression.

"I don't want to settle down." He said and that hit me. If this relationship continues.. it won't have any ending.

"Why?"

"You know why.. Violet.." He said and I nodded.

"I know.. Just like every billionaire in America. Not wanting to settle down and just.. loving their bachelor life."

"Don't you too? Still wanting to have fun.."

"Well if I want to settle down.. I will.." I said and he looked at me with a really unreadable eyes. I know from that moment that this guy is up for something. He wants something from me..

It's pretty clear and I'm not dumb to realize it.

1. He doesn't want to settle down

2. He came to me when he clearly knew that I wanted him for a really long time

3. He's up for something

Lastly.. I know he came to me to play a game..

We both know inside our hearts.. in the end.. I will be the one who lose the game.. but you know.. let's turn this table around.. shall we?

"So.. Can I stay at your place tonight?" I asked and that got him a little bit shock.

"Stay at my place?"

"Well.. we won't be seeing each other a week. It will kill me you.. you know.." I smiled sweetly at him.

"Sure."

Violet Ashlock

"How's work?" He asked as I entered his apartment with a pizza box on my hand.

"You bought pizza?"

"It was okay.. and yeah I bought pizza. You like it right?" I said and turned to him.

"Yes.. I'm starving.. I was going to ask you if we should buy a take out."

"I got you.." I smiled and waved it. I walked to the living room and opened it. I walked to the sink to wash my hands and walked back. I took off my blazer leaving me in my white shirt. I pulled up my hair into a ponytail and sat down on the ground.

"Austin!" I called and he walked out from the room in his muscle tee. Gosh.. please don't tempt me.. he looks so hot in that. He walked towards me.. and looked at me confused.

"What?"

"Not eating at the table?"

"Where the fun is that? Sit down.. can you turn on a movie?" I asked and he nodded.

"What do you want to watch?"

"Something like.. Thor or Spiderman.."

"Got it." He turned on spiderman

"Let's dig in.. I'm starving." I said and took one. I ate it while watching the movie without caring about anything.

"This is good.."

"Is it? Glad that you like it.. it's my favorite." I smiled to him and he chuckled nodding. I continued eating and eating and eating.. I ate 5 big slices all by myself.

"That was good.." I said and turned to him. I chuckled to see there's a sauce smudged near his lips. I leaned to him and kissed it. I licked the sauce and he looked at me disbelief.

"There's a sauce there.." I smiled. He put his pizza down and leaned to me. He cupped my face and kissed the side of my lips.

"There's a sauce there too.." He smirked and I chuckled. I smacked his chest playfully and turned my head to the movie again.

"Up for a drink?" He asked suddenly and I nodded.

"Yeah.." I said and he got up. He walked to the kitchen taking a bottle of alcohol along with the glasses. I decided to open my shirt because it's damn hot. I'm left with my white tank top.

He sat down again and looked at me with his lustful eyes. I took the bottle and opened it. I smirked and took the glasses too from him. I poured it and gave it one to him.

"Close those mouth babe.. you'll catch a fly." I sipped the alcohol and turned my head to the movie again. I sipped my alcohol slowly and turned to Austin. He was already looking at me. He put his glass down and took mine down. He leaned slowly to me and kissed my lips slowly.

I moved to his lap and circled my legs around his hips. He cupped my face to kiss me deeper. We both stopped and looked at each other.

"Be my girlfriend?" He said and I smirked. I know what he's up to now.

"Yes." I smiled widely and circled my arms around his neck. He kissed me again and there's a lot going on in my mind. Let's the two of us play this game.. even though I know I'll be the one who loses in the end.

Suddenly his doorbell rings.. I got up and Austin cursed under his breath.

"Take the door babe.." I said and he nodded. He walked to the door and opened it. Revealing Jean and Blake.. I put on my shirt because it will be inappropriate to greet someone just in my tank top.

"Well.. you didn't answer your phone so I decided-" Blake smirked when he saw me. He looked at Austin.

"Oh.. Violet right?"

"Yes, I'm Violet." I shook their hands.

"You know her?"

"Well.. I met her once when she's with my friend."

"Yes.. Zenny."

"Aren't you going to let us in?" Blake looked at Austin smirking big time.

"You just interrupt my time with my girlfriend, dumbass."

"Oh!" Blake and Jean looked at Austin in shock.

"Girlfriend?" Blake teased him.

"Shut up and just come in.. What's up?" Austin said and they walked inside.

"Spiderman huh?" Jean asked Austin and I raised my eyebrows.

"Shut it, Jean."

"Oh yeah.. This is the file that you want. You workaholic." Blake threw a file towards him and he caught it.

"So.. is he sweet?" Jean asked and I chuckled.

"Yeah.. I guess.. we just hooked up not long ago."

"Aww that's okay, me and Blake started fast too." She said and I nodded.

"Babe.. let's go! I don't want to get a bruise tomorrow." Blake said, making us laugh. Jean linked her arm to Blake's.

"Wear protection.." Blake winked to both of us.

"Get lost, you idiot!" Austin hissed and kicked Blake's ass. They're bestfriend and I'm aware about that.

"I'll see you in LA.. baby.." Blake teased him again by touching his face.

"Jean.. take this idiot out."

"Will do!" Jean pulled Blake out.

"Bye!" They said and Austin closed the door. I chuckled and turned to him.

"They're cute.. not scary.."

"They're scary.. trust me."

"You and Blake are best friend right?" I asked as he put his arm around my shoulder. We walked back to the sofa.

"We basically grow up together in LA and then I decided to move to Miami 5 years ago. We're like brothers.. just from a different mother."

"Well.. you both do look like brothers.. acting funny and joke around a lot." I said and he nodded. I leaned my head to his chest.

"Sleepy?" He asked.

"A little bit.. work got me good." I closed my eyes.

"Let's just go rest.." He said and I shook my head.

"I'm lazy to walk again.." I said and he picked me up. He walked to his bedroom and put me on his bed.

"Cuddle me.." I said gesturing to him to lay beside me. He chuckled and laid beside me. I hugged him and went straight to dreamland.
