Chapter 1

My first impression of Jane Ray was clown.

Before university started, Jane had a strong presence in the freshman group.

The usual practice for new students joining the group was to post photos. At that time, Jane posted several beautiful personal photos in a row. Her beautiful face and the logos on her clothes and bags confirmed her identity as a rich and beautiful woman.

As soon as she appeared, many people in the group would come out to compliment her.

But later she made a lot of strange remarks in the group.

[How much is your living expenses? Will fifty thousand dollars a month be enough? It only covers food and does not include other expenses.]

[Is there a high-end coffee shop near the school? I drink a latte every day.]

[Can I wear my own clothes and shoes during physical training? Clothes and shoes made of poor materials will hurt my skin.]

Some people couldn't stand it and made sarcastic comments about her.

[Fifty thousand won't be enough. A thousand dollars for lunch in the cafeteria. The money will be gone soon. I suggest you bring one million dollars.]

[What kind of coffee shop is it? I drink hand-ground coffee.]

[Miss, you can wear couture dresses during training.]

Jane regarded all these sarcastic remarks as jealousy and called the students who said these things the poor.

She posted a photo of her designer bags and jewelry. She added.

[You people who live on 2,000 or 3,000 dollars think I'm showing off, but this is just my daily life. Poor people are really short-sighted and like to be jealous of others.]

These words aroused public anger. Many people stood up to respond to Jane, making the group very lively.

The fight did not stop until the group owner banned to post.

Later, almost no one paid attention to Jane when she spoke in the group, but there were still people who were willing to support her.

I was just a spectator the whole time, and I didn't intend to blame Jane for his behavior.

When I saw her photo, I knew her glory wouldn't last long.

Jane had sharp eyes and a harsh face. She was not destined to be rich. Everything she had now was not originally hers.

I just treated her as a joke in my daily life, and I just laughed at her.

I didn't expect that when I entered the dormitory after university started, I would see Jane.

Chapter 2

Accompanying Jane was a well-maintained woman, whom Jane called mother.

Wendy's face showed signs of old age but had few wrinkles. She was dressed in jewels and the look in her eyes was as arrogant as Jane's.

"You guys have to take good care of Jane in the future. She has never suffered any grievances since she was a child, so she is a bit spoiled. As roommates, you should give in to her."

Although it was clearly a request for help, Wendy spoke in a condescending manner.

My other two roommates and I didn't say anything, but she assumed that we were being submissive.

Then she bluntly told us what to pay attention to when interacting with Jane in the future.

For example, we should help Jane to get meals, wake her up to go to class together, supervise her studies, etc.

In short, no matter what troubles Jane had, we should help her solve them without complaint.

Simply put, she treated us as maids to serve Jane.

I responded directly without hesitation.

"How could you bear to let Jane go to university? She should be worshipped as a goddess. Our dormitory can't accommodate her."

Wendy paused for a moment, her face darkening instantly.

Jane on the side couldn't stand. "Don't be ungrateful..."

Wendy raised her hand to interrupt Jane and looked at me leisurely.

"Little girl, you don't have a long-term vision. I am giving you a chance, do you understand? If you get along well with Jane, you will have another way out after graduation."

She paused for a moment, then smiled mysteriously before continuing.

"Do you know the Murphy Group? So many people are trying their best to get in, but I can get them in with just one word."

When I heard that, I couldn't help but raise my eyebrows.

"What a coincidence! I also have an acquaintance in Murphy Group."

Chapter 3

Wendy seemed to have heard a joke and couldn't stop laughing, holding her stomach.

She wasn't worry that her newly filled face would not recover well.

She laughed at me for trying to show off and wanting to get involved with the Murphy family at such a young age.

I stared at her with a smile, implying something.

"You are the kind of person that you think others are the same. First worry about yourself, otherwise it will be in vain."

Now Wendy couldn't laugh anymore. She pointed at me and scolded me for being ill-mannered.

I ignored her and slowly packed my things.

Not long after, Wendy left. Before leaving, she pulled Jane and said loudly.

"Don't play with those uneducated and delusional people. I'm worried that you will be corrupted."

As she said this she looked at me deliberately. And I couldn't help but sneer.

She was dreaming.

After Wendy left, Jane disliked me even more.

She looked me over and made some comments about my outfit, and I responded directly.

From then on, I had a grudge against her.

Because of Jane's arrogant attitude, the other two girls in the dormitory ignored her.

So she ran to the dormitory next door, and soon I heard some news.

Jane said we were jealous of her, ganged up to exclude her, bullied her in the dorm.

The other two roommates were very angry about this and argued with her, but she acted very confidently.

"Isn't it true that the three of you isolated me?"

In her eyes, not liking her was just jealousy of her.

I just smiled and said nothing. She was just a clown and wouldn't be able to be arrogant for long.
