She's beautiful, smart, strong, and powerful; she's a great mother to her children; she's down-to-earth and kind-hearted.

The day I saw her at the coffee shop, I knew deep down in my heart that she was my grandchild; she's a carbon copy of my daughter Sarah, so I followed my instinct and got a background check, and then I found out that she had been orphaned and adopted by the werewolf royal beta, and she's been mistreated.

When she got fired from her job, I took it as a chance to get closer to her and to her babies. Now that it's been 5 years since she moved in with me, I've never been happier since my mate and daughter died.

I love her so much, as my

great-grandchildren; they are my sunshine. I will do anything for them. They want their daddy, so I will bring him here to meet him and get to know everything about him. I looked at myself in the mirror, and I was in awe of myself. I am dressed in a seductive red ball gown with a sweetheart sleeveless tulle floor length, a seductive open back, long red gloves, very well matched with princess glitter heels, my hair styled in a high hair bun, and a diamond necklace.

A knock on the door cuts my thoughts.

It was my grandfather with my babies, Kilyan and Onyx, wearing a tuxedo, and my princess is matching my red dress; she looks cute.

Grandpa wore his formal king attire; he looks handsome.

"Let's go; everyone is waiting for you at the ballroom."

We went down the stairs, and my heart was beating fast. I took a big, long breath and stepped forward, with my kids and grandpa walking behind.

The whole crowd that was gathered was staring at me, watching my steps.

All the leaders of the mystical world are here: the vampire king, the dragon king, the fairy king, the wizard king, the bear king, and the last person I want to see is in front of me: Xander, who is watching me with a shocked expression.

My grandpa betrayed me and invited him without my knowledge.

And he put the crown on her head, and the whole palace roared with hard applause.

Everyone went back to their tables, and the Omega started to serve dinner. With music plastering the air, all the mystical creatures were in harmony and having a great time.

After dinner and serving drinks, some couples stepped forward to the dance floor.

Her kids were taken by the nannies, and she was dancing with King Jared, so I asked Jessica to dance, and we headed to the dance floor. We were dancing, and I got closer to them.

"Yes, of course."

"Nice to see you again, mate.”

"Okay, I will feed Angie, and Grandpa will feed you, boys."

We ate with the kids bubbling nonstop about their day in day care, which made us laugh about their silly things.

After dinner, they began to drift off, so I mind-linked their nannies to put them to bed.

I kissed them goodnight.

" Grandpa, I don't know what I'm going to do with Xander and the kids; should I tell him or not?

"You know you can't keep that forever; the kids need their father's love; you can't keep them away from him; they definitely will blame you for that when they grow up; and don't forget they're the rightful heirs to the werewolf kingdom."

"And he is still your mate; even though you didn't mark each other, you need to make a final decision about your relationship."

I sighed, "You're right, grandpa." "I need to face him eventually."

"May I take you for a dance, my queen?"

I giggled and said, "Yes, my king."

We went to the dance floor, and the crowd cheered for us.

We were dancing and swinging until an angry voice came behind us.

"Your Majesty, King Jared, may we switch
