The Unforgivable Choice

Aydan's mother, Greta, was riding her bicycle when she swerved to avoid a car driven the wrong way by Aydan's lover, Emily. She fell into a ditch and sustained severe injuries, falling into a coma. Aydan's wife, Rosie, found Greta and called Aydan for help. However, after learning that his mother wasn't hit by the car, Aydan instructed Rosie to handle it and rushed to Emily's accident scene, showing little concern for his mother's safety. Meanwhile, Emily pretended to be the victim, falsely accusing Greta of causing the accident and fleeing.
