In the mountains, Brody had defeated a supernatural being with his sword. However, a fragment of its soul escaped into the human realm. Under the command of his teacher, Walter, Brody was tasked with pursuing the supernatural entity back from the human world. During his mission, he encountered Amanda, who was seeking medical help, and he assisted her. Meanwhile, Brody hoped to gain the forgiveness of his ex-fiancée, Kristy. At an auction, Brody revealed his true, powerful identity, but the crowd dismissed him. While treating Amanda's father, Brody discovered traces of the supernatural being and followed the trail to the Kristy family's doorstep. Unfortunately, they misinterpreted his intentions and confronted him. Brody skillfully resolved the conflict and rescued Kristy and her sisters, finding evidence of the supernatural being on Kristy's bracelet. His investigation led him back to Kristy's family, where he uncovered a traitor within their ranks. Upon returning to the Kristy household, Brody successfully eliminated the deity. Only then did Kristy's family recognize Brody's true identity and deeply regret their past mistreatment of him.
