Vivian Russell, a humble farm girl from Anedon, became an imperial consort and bore two princes for the distant and unapproachable Emperor Julian Foster. Outwardly basking in glory and favor, she harbored a shocking secret—her two sons turned into black leopard cubs at night. Plagued by constant fear, she did all she could to conceal the truth while maneuvering through the treachery of the perilous imperial harem. She faced constant manipulation and malicious plots from the Empress and Consort Nevaeh, and her relationship with Emperor Julian alternated between closeness and distance, strained by mounting misunderstandings and a widening gulf between them. The shocking truth was ultimately laid bare at Crown Prince Leo Foster's lavish sixth birthday banquet.
