Deadly Game: Undercover Boss Season 1

Alaia, the CEO of the Haynes Group, disguised herself as a disabled worker and went undercover at her own seafood processing plant to investigate the abuses there. She witnessed management embezzling meal subsidies, mistreating workers, and even dumping those who reported them into the sea. Once her cover was blown, she was hunted down, but her brother Matthew arrived just in time to save her. Alaia faked her death to lure out the mastermind, teamed up with the police to take down the entire criminal network, and overhauled the factory so the disabled workers could regain their dignity.
