Julie Stein wakes up from her sleep, expecting just another ordinary day. However, to her surprise, she finds herself in the 80s, a totally different era from where she belongs. Not only is she a disowned daughter of a wealthy family to whom she has no blood connection, but she is also supposed to marry an old man with two children, in place of the family’s biological daughter. Instead of succumbing to panic, Julie sees it as a positive thing to become a mother without having to go through the pain of childbirth, so she decides to marry him. When she meets the man named Alex Monte, Julie is shocked to see that he is a tall and handsome guy who is also generous. In the face of her relatives giving her a hard time, the biological daughter of the family being sarcastic towards her, and her adoptive parents’ criticism, Julie fights back with all her might and grows stronger in the face of new challenges.
